I think it's a background music used in many EK soaps. I have heard it in KTH. It's really nice. Not sure if it's a movie song.

I heard that BGM in Tamil song "Oh Sona" from the movie Vaali... That tune comes in the middle of the song with lyrics... I am not sure that they are taken from there, but It is almost same tune...

Are you asking about the piano music? That's from the classic English movie Love Story. I think itt's composed by Richard Clayderman.

Its not instrumental (piano). It is the song right after Purab remembering his memories with Bulbul, precisely when Purab asks help to Pragya in 0:53..
Begins with the women vocals.
