Is it a bird... Is it a plane ... nooo it's the "New Shivvay" that had gone into hiding who happened to peak out:

We got a glimpse of 'The new Shivvay' today after the blast scene. Anyone noticed ?? I know we all have been quite upset at how things have been and are turning out so I thought I would pen a few thoughts after watching today's amazing episode.

We saw the Alpha Male with his pack - the protective Great Wall of Shivvay. That was one amazing scene that gave insight to what he was going through and what he would put his family through if they found out the truth about the runaway bride Tia.

When he was certain that all was well and they were fine he walked away to take care of the business at hand - to catch his run away bride no matter what the cost. He had reached the end of his patience with this 'cops and robbers' game and had no time for this. He had a marriage to go through and his reputation to maintain with the whole world waiting and watching. It was after all, as she had rightly said the 'wedding of the year' with the oldest Oberoi son taking his wedding vows. It was time to get down to business and finish the job before it was too late.

But My Favorite part today was after the 'boom' scene, of course only because I was absolutely sure there was no Sahil in the car that is why. It was not Annika's reaction I was interested in but Shivvay's that amazed and surprised me. He is not doing a very good job of keeping the 'Other Guy" locked away because he somehow slipped through the slightly open door today.

That was when the Shivvay that has gone into hiding sprung out unknowingly and instinctively. He was so busy just reacting that he could not keep him locked up. It was the same one that hugged and consoled her after the stalker attack.

That scene where he screamed "Annika" and ran behind her like his life depended on it, while fearing she was going to jump into the flames it is that Shivvay that needs to develop. That Shivvay that frantically held her back while fearing for her safety while she wanted to jump into the flames to save her brother needs to develop. That Shivvay that let her vent while she pummeled his chest and shook him in rage because she was in unbearable pain and did not care that his whole team of personnel were watching while she did it- that Shivvay needs to develop. That Shivvay that held her to him while restraining his own pain and guilt at seeing what he was doing to her as she broke down and cried on his chest needs to develop. That Shivvay that did not lift a finger to stop her while she raged at him for how he could stoop so low as to use her brother as leverage and lunged at him like a tigeress, while he let her be herself - that Shivvay needs to develop. Shivvay who would threaten but never do a thing to either harm her or the one she loves because it would hurt him more to see her that way - that Shivvay needs to develop.
He was truly and sincerely taken aback at the impact it made on her when she saw the car blow up. Her hysteria and grief when she ran towards the still burning car left him stunned for a few seconds because I don't think he realized how much it would affect her. When it sunk in he realized what was happening and sprang into action.
He was angry and used her weakness as his weapon but I think it ended up affecting him more to see what trauma she felt at the car exploding. This is the second weakness she has displayed and where she let him see actually how vulnerable she is behind that strong facade she puts on.
It will be important when the time comes as this will replay back and help him in his journey in the future. He has seen and experienced first hand to what extent her passion is capable of taking her for the one she truly loves.

Wow. Do you read minds? You surely did mine. You are absolutely right. But for this Shivaay to develop, Shivaay Singh Oberoi needs to see himself in the mirror. And he needs to hate what he will see. Becoz even when he saw it destroyed her, he did not stop with the emotional manipulation.
This is truely his journey. From being someone who values NKK, to the person who values people's morality. And for that he himself needs to become more moral. And that's when we will see the Peek-a-boo Shivaay take form.

Shivaay silently bore all the pummels of her fists on his chest and finally at the end of his tether, yelled at her to keep quiet That is because he suddenly realized she had gone hysterical and had totally lost her senses. He did ask her softly to stop but he realized he was not getting trough to her in her pain and anguish. I don't think he expected such an intense reaction and was actually quite shaken up himself when he had her in his arms. He so wanted to take that pain away I am sure but he had his family honor at stake and that was prime right now.
and then held her arms while Anika could only helplessly lay her head on his chest and sob her heart out. It was very painful for Shivaay to see his proud tigress break down like that and he almost cried along with her.Yes.. I think he almost did. 😊 So much or Stone Singh Oberoi ...lol I think she is chipping away at him already to get to the human inside. The beauty is that Annika does not have to do anything but be herself for his metamorphosis to complete. I do not want the Sharp SSO to disappear just like I did not want the Sharp ASR to.
HE sure was in his own private hell and could not bear to see her cry like that. He had to transform into stone singh oberoi as to carry out his mission i.e. marriage and retain his family respect. 👍🏼

Anika exposed her achilles heel to Shivaay just as he did. SSO was her tormentor and yet was her savior too. It was brilliantly directed and enacted by Narbhi just right. As you wrote, he bore her pushes and fists like the punishment it was stoically in front of his passel of security guys. He was horrified that she would jump into the flaming car or that it would crash upon her. Yes he was truly horrified (kudos to Nakkul) and actually so stunned at her very crazed and impulsive reaction, that it took him a few seconds to register that she was not going to stop till she jumped into the burning car to save Sahil. His lunge forward and sprint to her would give Usain Bolt some serious competition. And the way he held her - ahh! classic, firm yet gentle like a doll in his arms. Not by the wrists like he did prior to that but he threw his arms around her so that she would not escape. That is where the second change happened and brought out the Shivvay from hiding.

He is going to transform into someone who is worthy of Anika, despite her no lineage, proud to have her as his wife. 👍🏼

Enough has been written and said about the 'shoe' gate 😆😆
