SLB vs Kjo

Lavish/aesthetic sense... both are way too grandiose for my taste, but then, SLB's opulent set decorations are quite good, sometimes they look magical/artsy :) whereas Karan... his setting is more 'glamorous' if not lavish in the urbane sense. Both are different from another.

Don't give unwarranted ideas to KJO. His competitive side will wake up. He will decide to make a historical.
It is enough SLB 's movie have people howling in their grave. KJO's attempt will bring permanent Halloween on this earth.

Karan should direct a historical movie and SLB should make an urban, contemporary film. It will be so much fun just to watch!

I prefer urban settings more so Karan it is for me. I love his use of color n aesthetics n the personality he gives a mere room that is a reflection of the occupant/s of it. I paid a lot of attention to them in ADHM n am in love with the backdrops, specially the personal living spaces of the 3 main leads. They were an extension of their character just like the clothes were..

SLB is good too in fact as far as I'm concerned it's the only thing he can do decently lol as I'm pretty allergic to him n his movies

But I'd still rate Karan higher as I like his stuff 😆

can't compare SLB with KJO really... Bhansali is revered by everyone in India as one of the best directors for sets and dresses.. his award list is too long compared to KJo's for best director (BOTH NATIONAL AND COMMERCIAL AWARDS) as well as awards for sets, songs, dresses for a movie.. Movies Bhansali makes are really difficult to make, you need to imagine, there are minuscle portraits and historical books...that's all... Movies KJO makes, everyone does it in India... it's just he spends little too much money on dresses
List of actors who worked with SLB- Bacchan, Hrithik, Salman, SRK, Ranveer, Ranbir, Aish, Rani, Ajay Devgan... Akki has said he ws waiting when SLB would take him...Shahid is happy to do a supporting actor role...
Dont think any of these actors are waiting in line to be in KJo's movie
