It might not be a lip job as most pics dont have that. It seems like in the last pic and the 3rd one from bottom, it might be because of camera angle, lip lining, or her pout.

I read somewhere that she actually gained a lot of weight for that role in the movie...and for that she ate food like Pizzas in breakfast, lunch and dinner... what a yummy way to gain weight... 😛
