ragini shares her marriage experience!

"When I came to know that I am getting married I was very excited and was asking everyone right from the producer to the director regarding my bridal make-up, costume and all. They were just telling me to calm down," says Parul.

Elaborating on the scene, she adds, "During haldi, my on-screen sister Sadhana (Sara Khan) applied haldi, basin and water like it happens in a real ceremony. This was the first time but when the actual sequence was happening, all the co-actors were putting the mixture on my face again and the scene was repeated for almost 4-5 takes."

While shooting for mehendi ceremony, there was a professional girl applying mehendi on her one hand and Sara on the other hand. "I was continuously telling her don't do anything rubbish but she was adamant saying I know how to do it. When the actual marriage sequence was happening where I had to cry as usual without glycerin, all other junior artists were also in tears. It did not help that sad songs were playing in the background. After the scene was shot, Alok Nathji - my dad in the show - also cried. Inquisitively, he just picked up the chunari. He felt it was very heavy and was curious to know how I handled it for so long. Anyways, I and Sara received a surprise Christmas gift from Alok Nathji which felt great."

So how many more marriages? "The good part is that there won't be any remarriage or divorce like it happens in typical saas bahu soaps," she reveals.
