Ok so one by one karthik's family is being introduced into the show. one thing that caught my attention is the new article about karthik's chachi. It said that although, and i quote, "While, the family and Surekha (Karthik's chachi) herself will be portrayed as positive characters, Surekha will certainly have different shades to herself and will affect Karthik and Naira's lives".
So does that mean her character will appear positive but will have negative or grey shades? Is there a possibility that his chacha and chachi are not what they are cut out to be? But the spoiler for ali hassan (the chacha's) entry says his character will be positive, and it was only the article about the chachi that hinted that the character is not an all out positive character.
i feel there's probably more to the strained relationship between karthik and his father than just karthik's mother's supposed death or supposed remarriage of his dad. Maybe his step-mother is intentionally creating differences between the father-son duo and perhaps the chacha-chachi are not all that positive (or maybe just the chachi) and taking advantage of their distances by perhaps encouraging karthik's to keep distance from his father by becoming independent. They may be doing this for money and property that is meant to be karthik and his sister's.
Perhaps karthik was influenced by some devilish mind within his family to become dependent as maybe somebody in the family has their eyes on his inheritance.
