This song is very close to Priyanka's heart. There's subtitles for those that need them.

Female Salman with her 'hero' - I really find it funny when they all act all serious singery type in the recording studio! 🤣

Coming to the song- I love it! It's a beautiful beautiful composition- Marathi is a very sweet language and the language of the song makes it nicer 😳 but this is the first time I'm hearing a song of this type in Marathi cinema- this is like a Bollywood Marathi music fusion.

Have to give it to PC though her levels of dedication are something else- Somebody who is not from Maharashtra decides to work on her Marathi for a song in such a busy schedule. I have had Marathi as a subject and still cannot get the pronounciation correct or the ala & na's 😆 It kind of makes sense to get PC to sing it too, the kind of attachment she had to her dad and how she has been in this situation before of what is shown in the movie.

It could be a tribute maybe but actually it is a song for the movie. In the movie Ashutosh's dad is on the ventilator and they are trying to save him I think- that's where the song comes in.

I can't imagine how much strength it took for her to not burst into tears. She was a total daddy's girl. At the end it felt like she had a lump in her throat and she was trying to hold back tears.😭

Actually I'm thinking they did the song before and did the video differently. Nobody can get such gorgeous shots while recording a song lol Also they stop and record one one para or lines, can't do it the whole song at a time without stops.

Nice...Accent not bad for a non-Marathi speaking person.
