Karan Patel has an impostor
While social media offers celebrities a direct connect with their fans, there is no denying that it is infested with mischief mongers. Over the years, many celebs have landed in trouble because of impostors. The latest addition to the list is,Karan Patel.
The TV actor, who recently revisited his social networking site after a long gap, was shocked to find that someone had created a fake account in his name. The impostorhad imported many photographs from the real account, and even featured the same profile picture as the original. That's not all -- the miscreant is continuously sending friend requests to random people.
Karan has warned people not to accept any friend requests from 'him'. He says, "I request everyone not accept any requests from anyone claiming to be me. I am not creating a new account. I'll file a complaint with the cyber cell if the situation gets worse."
