Akash is in constant touch with Arnav and does as per the instructions. The shareholders of these companies sell some portion of their shares to the companies for the want of money. Now the Raizadas, Modis, Suryavanshis and Rahejas get at good grip over their companies.
Siddharth sees Mouli singing and is very much impressed.
Siddharth: Your voice has got a good melody.
Moui: Thanks a lot.
Siddharth also offers Gopi the same.
Gopi: I'm running a music industry and am quite happy with that.
Mouli accepts Siddharth's offer as it is a part time job.
Swayam thinks of a different plan. However no one is aware of it. Swayam instructs his men to stop the freight & put drugs to their supplies so as to spoil their goodwill in the market.
The Rahejas are the first to send their delivery to the clients. Suddenly, there is a halt. Later, the men let them go. As the client received the delivery, they are shocked to see the drugs with their delivery.
Piyush gets a call from the police: There is a complaint against you against drug dealing.
Piyush comes to the station. He calls up Sahir & Lalit. the Modis come to the police station with the bail.
Everyone becomes alert ater this incident.
Alhuwalia: Swayam, I know it is your work. what you did was really unethycal.
Swayam: I want to ruin the Modis. I work in my own way.
Alhuwalia: You are taking revenge for your mother though she is at fault.
Swayam: My mom has helped Ahem unconditionally, looking after his daughters but he reunited with his wife.
Alhuwala: When he has not divorced his wife, how can she claim Ahem to be hers?
The Modis go to the court. Alhuwalia gives the statement in Rahejas favour & cuts the business ties with Swayam.
Ahem: Thanks a lot Sir.
Alhuwalia: I apologize to you on behalf of Swayam. I don't support anything that is unethycal.
Piyush resends his supplies to his clients.
Basketball Toutnament
Sujal's team wins the first round. After the first round, Arshi, SK, RJ & LKT go to different places in Barcelona.
Sujal: Arnav, why don't we have a horse race?
Arnav: Sure
Sujal & kashish sit on one horse whereas Arnav & Khushi sits on the other. There is a tough competition between them. Sujal wins the horse race.
Arnav: How about car race?
Sujal: Fine.
Arnav wins the car race.
Khushi kisses Arnav saying, "This is for winning the first round in basket-ball."
Arnav kisses her back & said, "Thanks Khushi Modi Singh Raizada. This is the beginning but when you are with me, it is very much motivating to me."

Kashish: I want to treat you from my side this time.
Sujal: Wow. kis khushi main.
Kashish: For getting through the first round.
Both have a candle light dinner.
Kashish pays the bill this time.

Rahul: I feel like having pakodas now.
Juhi: Not till the end of the tournament. it is oily.
Rahul: So what. I will burn all the fat in the morning.
Juhi: Fine I will make them.
She makes the pakodas both have it.
LKT
KT: Your tea is ready.
Lakshya: Coming.
KT goes to the kitchen room to make theplas. She tries to remove the tin but it slips out of her hand & the flour falls on her hair.
Lakshya laughs looking at that scene & said,"You look like a joker."
KT chases him & goes to the extent of getting into the washroom.
Lakshya opens the shower tap. KT pulls him with her. Both get drenched.
KT then changes her dress & go to the kitchen to clear the mess.
Lakshya: You prepare something else. I'll clear the mess.
He cleans the kitchen. KT makes dhoklas for Lakshya & gives it to him.
Charu goes to see Manthan's match taking the next flight.
Meanwhile, the police enquires Alhuwalia behind the drug dealing incident.
Alhuwalia: it isSwayam's work.
The cops go to Mansi's house to enquire about Swayam.
