The way Ishwari reminds Dev of responsibilities , duties etc., I feel as if he is not her real son but may be step son ( Son of her husband from first wife or girlfriend )...

I too think Dev is not her biological son... Let's wait and watch ...

Situation may be - Dev's biological mother dies , his father brings him to Ishwari. Ishwari accepts him and take care of him. Then his dad dies, and since then Dev carrying never ending responsibilities burden ...

This is exactly I feel when Ishu Maata reminds Dev every juncture ( esp when Dev is happy With Sona) of his duties, he immediately feels guilty and says - ok Maa ...

This is what I feel, what's your opinion on this equation and situation 😕

Or maybe khatri is ishwaris first husband and dev is his son - maybe he abandoned them and ish married again. So.maybe she still grudges that dev reminds her of her dark past with khatri and that's why she is using him to her and her daughters advantage without really bothering about his feelings

I had the same doubt.. But I feel if CVs have planned to show that Dev is not Ishwari's son, then they have got lot of explanation to give to actually prove that. They just can't just give a simple reason like Ishwari marrying someone else or something like that. I mean they showed so much in the initial episodes where Ishwari used to say.."Dev meri pehli aulaad hai.. Jab dev paida hua tha..." etc etc.. Plus her attachment towards Dev and all those flashbacks of young Dev... It would kill all logic unless they have a better explanation.

P.S- I feel it's not Dev.. aisa bhi hosakta hai ki one of Ishwari's daughters may not be the biological one. Maybe Neha is not Ishwari's daughter. (Just my opinion).
