Honestly I wish she spoke up because Anika helped her out as a friend and was embarrassed by Shivaay who continued shaming her dignity almost. I don't think Prinku as a character has it in her to tell her Shivaay bhaiya. But I think she will tell Daadi and Om. And Om might covey it to Shivaay and it might also be the reason he is going to Anika's house. To possibly thank her for saving Prinku from her Bhaiya's wrath. I kind of want him to ask her to work for the Oberois again. And a tashan between ShivKara can be expected I think.

I didn't think of Om being mad at Anika for lying in this sense. I hope he's not, I want him to side with Anika if there is a tashan coming up. But I do believe this scene is a high point
