If u look at it Om already asked Shivaay if his usul n beliefs r more imp that prinku's happiness... So it means for Om truth matters most if it concerns himself but if it's his sis 's happiness then he wud b willing to overlook the truth

No dear he does live in grey too. Ive seen om inspite of living in black and white, understands grey. he is a man of contradictions, he says he hates lies but at the same time can go inside a persons heart and see why he/she lied and understand. Im sure he is not going to see it as a lie.
