The "Annika... surname kya hai? " dialogue has always fascinated me. Of course Nakuul's delivery was fantastic but the answer Annika gives was the bit that caught my interest.
Shivvay: Annika.. surname kya hai?
(and the pause with the look that borders on a predator enjoying the hunt and open flirting)
Annika: (note does not say the title Mr. prior to saying his name) Shivvay Singh Oberoi ...
Put that together it sounds to me like a prediction of the near future (wedding)

lol ... I think that her fate sealed it there😉
Here you have Shivvay stalking Annika and there parallel to this you have (Annika's sister) Ishana stalking Om (Shivvay's brother)
I can see how Ishana is going to turn out to be the female version of Shivvay 😆 These 2 are going to hit it off like a house on fire
