Clarification of Wild Card entry - Page 3

Was there any wildcard entry in the last season ?? i'm pretty sure there must have been good competitors who would have been out early in the last season as well right ?? But if there wasn't this wildcard entry in the last season why introduce it now. PEople were outrages when Ronit was out..did they introduce another wildcard when he left ?? no right.

And another thing, the explanation for her ouster was 'divali'. So the fans of all the other contestants celebrate christmas i guess.

i have 2 points which i would like clarification:

1: When was this announced on tv that there will be a wildcard round and ppl can call and vote...from what i recall it was shown on a friday that 2 contestants are running to come back on the show... (Voting lines opened from 14th November, 2007 at 9 pm and will remain open until 9 pm Friday, 16 th November.) I never saw this being advertised to give both the contestants a fair chance to return. on Friday they asked us to vote for our favorite but voting lines were already closed at that point..

2: if it was truly done based on calcualtions based on public voting and judges score...how is it possible for someone who was voted out in round 1 to score the same way as prachi who was voted out right before the wild card around....

Okay, okay...I'm not the producer or have anything to do with JDJ...so I cant really clarify all of that, all I wanted to do was set the record straight for those who didnt understand what the concept behind wild card was...it wasnt intended to justify the wild card round just explain what is was..and how it was calculated, according to the article I posted.

Please someone close the topic...its not going anywhere. It was just intended to explain what the wildcard round was to those unaware, not generate anything malicious.
