Hey CIDIanzzzz...

It is a festival.. On Thusday.. Our friends will be celebrating...................EID....

Let's wish our friends who are celebrating Eid all around the world.. have fantastic one.. and God Bless you!!!

Let's Learn About Eid....

Eid ul-Fitr or Id-Ul-Fitr often abbreviated to Eid, is a Muslimholiday that marks the end ofRamadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Eid is an Arabic word meaning "festivity", while Fi?r means "to break the fast" (and can also mean "nature", from the word "fitrah") and so symbolizes the breaking of the fasting period.

Srrry to say but its Eid-ul-adha its when we do qurbani...and its after hajh..and the eid-ul-fitar was in september...Eid al-Adha is a religious festival celebrated by Muslims worldwide as a commemoration of Ibrahim's (Abraham's) willingness to sacrifice his son under the order of Allah. It is one of two Eid festivals celebrated by Muslims, whose basis comes from the Quran. Like Eid el-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha begins with a short prayer followed by a sermon. It is also called the "bigger" Eid because it is considered more important than Eid el-Fitr

Eid ul-Adha annually falls on the 10th day of the month of Dhul Hijja of the lunar Islamic calendar. The festivities last for two to three days or more depending on the country. Eid ul-Adha occurs the day after the pilgrims conducting Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca in Saudi Arabia by Muslims worldwide, descend from Mount Arafat. It happens to be approximately 70 days after the end of the month of Ramadan.

WISHING ALL MY FRNDS A VERY VERY HAPPY HAPPY EID...
