Ishita wake up in middle of the night feeling wetness .she opened her eye only to see herself sleeping comfortably in his arms.his hands were on her forehead. She got up in a jerk while raman was sleeping in deep slumber.she look around and felt wetness and pain.she got up and went to bathroom.she closed the bathroom and open the shirt.she was feeling immense pain ,she started kneading to release the pain but the pain was increasing only.
She sat on the floor not able to bear the pain .she started crying don't know what to do.the pain she was going through was increasing and she don't have anything to wear.she look around and find her clothes.it was still wet but still better.she wore it and went out of the bathroom.she look around to find some sheet to wrap herself. But to her bad luck she couldn't find anything.she searched for some fifteen minutes then she found a single bedsheet.she wrapped it around herself and start looking for a place to sleep as she don't wanna sleep near him.
She came out of the room and start walking to lessen her pain but in vain.she was going in when she saw a light in a room.she thought she may get a help so she was going there but didn't go fearing that may be his friends would be there.she was too tired of the days events.so she sat on the floor and slept hugging the sheet tightly.
Next morning Raman woke up only to see himself sleeping alone.he woke up in a jerk .
Raman- kahan gayi.bhaag gayi kya.thinking so he got up and start searching for her.he went to the washroom only to see his shirt laying down.he picked it and thought why she changed it and what she is wearing but the most important question was were she went.
He ran outside only to see her sleeping on the floor shivering .
Raman- ajeeb ladki hai.bed pe sulaya toh aake yahan so gayi.let me take her to the bed warna Mar war gayi toh.thinking so he went to her and was confused to see her all went and wincing in pain.
Raman- hey what happened. R u OK.
Ishita got up hearing his voice and folded herself into a ball hugging herself tight.
Raman- how u got wet.kya hua tumhe.kuch dard kar raha hai kya.
Ishita- I want clothes.she said meekly.
Raman- what??
Ishita- I need clothes to wear.she say in a jerk and her sheet slipped a little revealing her shoulder making Raman realised that she is not wearing anything beneath the sheet.
Raman- where is ur clothes.
Ishita- please give me something to wear.please it's too chilly.
Raman was all confused why she is behaving like this.yesterday she was fearing of his one touch and now she is sitting in front of him wrapping just a sheet.
Ishita- please ,please help me .give me something to wear.she said crying.tears were flowing from her eyes.
Raman nodded and went back to bring something for her to wear.but he don't have anything other then tees and shirts.he gave her a tee with denim.she took it shivering.
Raman- I am turning on the geyser.u take bath.
Ishita nodded.
Raman went and turned on the geyser while ishita slowly walk to the washroom.Raman was all confused seeing her behaviour.
Raman- kya hua isse.why she is behaving like this.is she really has some problem.he was thinking and now genuinely worried for her.
He instructed the lady to make breakfast for them.lady instructed the maid to make breakfast for them.
After half an hour ,he came with a tray with two cups and some toast only to see her drying her hairs.
Raman saw her thoroughly for the first time.she was a very beautiful girl with sharp features.Raman was just lost in her beauty when she said- thank u.
Raman couldn't understand why she is thanking him.
Ishita- thanks for ur clothes.
Raman- hmm.he said keeping the tray.
Raman- can I ask something. R u in some kind of pain.kya hua tha tumhe.why u went from bed,why u r sleeping on floor and why u were without clothes.he asked in a go without realising what he asked.
Ishita look down all embarrassed by his question. Raman too felt embarrassed realising what he asked.
Raman- I didn't mean to ask that.leave it come have breakfast.
Ishita- no I am good.I don't want anything.
Raman- arey have something.u ate too less in night also.
Ishita- aap itne achche hai toh let me go naa.
Raman look at her and glared her.she shivered and look down.
Raman- I am worried but that does not mean I will let u go.abhi tumhe punishment dena bacha hai.sit down and have ur breakfast.
Ishita nodded and sat down.she took a toast ,ate half of it and said- I am done.
Raman- arey ,itna kam .have it.
Ishita- no I am OK.
Raman- as u please.saying so he continued having his breakfast while ishita was just sitting silently.
Raman took the plate after eating and went from there.while ishita just sat on the bed trying to bear the pain.
Raman went out of the room.gave the plates to the maid and went to meet her.he went to her and kissed her forehead lovingly.she smiled seeing him and touch his cheek .he smiled seeing her smiling and lay beside her.she snuggle into him while he was just looking and admiring her.
Raman- u know jaan.I missed u alot.isliye main tumse milne chala aaya.u missed me or not .
She nodded and he hugged her tight.he spent some good hours with her forgetting completely about ishita.he was sleeping hugging her protectively when the caretaker come and said- sir,lunch is ready.have it.
Raman wake up and saw her sleeping hugging him. He softly pecked her forehead and said- feed her when she get up.I don't want any carelessness towards her.
The caretaker nodded while raman went to his room looking for ishita to call her for lunch.he look around but she was nowhere.
Raman- kahan gayi yeh.bhaag gayi kya.achcha hi hua ,waise bhi she was just a trouble.ab apna raasta khud khojegi.thinking so he sat down to have his dinner only to see her sitting under the dinning table folding in herself. He went near her only to see her hiding her face in between her knees and sobbing.
Raman- what the hell.why u r sitting here.
Ishita raised her head,her face were red.eyes were puffy.he got worried.
Raman touch her face saying,what happened,only to realised she is having high fever.
Raman- u have fever ,why u r sitting here.
Ishita- it's paining .she could say only this in trembling voice.
Raman got worried and asked, where.
Ishita- bahut dard ho raha hai,please do something. She said with great difficulty.
Raman don't know what to say and what to do.he simply came near and took her in his arms.at first she was struggling but soon she loosen herself in his arms.he broke the hug only to see her fainted in his arms.
He scooped her in his arms and lay her gently on the bed.took out the thermometer and checked her temperature. It was 104.
Raman- I think I should call the doctor.thinking so he went and asked for the doctor to the caretaker.she told that a lady doctor stays fifty kms away from this farmhouse.
Raman went and came taking her along after two hours only to see ishita shivering badly.
Dr- what happened to her.
Raman- don't know.she was feeling pain and then she got fever.
Dr- pain??where.
Raman- don't know.she don't tell me anything.just her clothes were wet.
Dr- r u her husband.
Raman- no ,friend.
Dr- OK then wait outside. I am checking her.
Raman nodded and went outside.he was waiting outside while Dr was checking her.she gave her injection and went outside.
Dr- I have given her injection. Take care of her.
Raman- what happened to her.
Dr- ask her only.she will tell u if she will feel OK.these r some medicines for her.this will not remove her pain but will lessen it.take care of her.
Raman nodded and paid her.
Raman sat on the couch and start thinking- yeh kya baithe bithaye musibat Gale pad gayi hai.let her wake up.I will take her back and leave her there only.he was thinking and slept on the couch only.
He woke up hearing her sobbings.
Raman went inside and look at her.
Raman- don't cry,I am taking u back .sorry to bring u here.
Ishita wiped her tears and said- thank u.u drop me to railway station.I will board the train.
Raman- which train.
She told him the name of the train and said- it goes to my grand mom's place.
Raman sat to check the train details and found that it runs only once in a week.that means it will come next week only.
Raman- it will come next week.come let me drop u to mihika.
Ishita- no I don't wanna go there.u let me stay here only.I will go next week.don't worry I won't bother u.main kuch nahi maangungi.khana bhi nahi pani bhi nahi.just give me shelter.she said very meekly.she was looking worn-out and too weak.
Raman couldn't do anything other then nodding.
Raman- do u want anything.
Ishita- some fresh clothes.
Raman went and brought clothes from the caretaker ,she changes into a fresh pair of suit and lay down on the bed.
Raman just lay down beside her and start patting her forehead.she closed her eyes and snuggle into him.
Ishita-(St)don't know why but I feel solace in his proximity.pata nahi kya rishta hai aapse jo aapka kareeb aana bura nahi lagta.like I know u and ur touches.like I recognize ur fragrance. Kaun ho aap.she was thinking and slept.
Raman- (St)don't know why but I can't see her in pain.kaun saa aisa rishta hai tumse jo mujhe khinch raha hai tumhari ore.kaun ho tum.he thought and he too slept beside her.
Next morning ishita wake up feeling little light as she slept peacefully last night.she look around to find him but he was nowhere but some clothes were kept with a note.
Ishita took it and read.
Take bath and get ready.I am outside only.
Ishita smiled and look at the clothes.it had some tees and trousers with some salwar suit and a bathrobe.
She took the bathrobe and went to take bath.after some time she came out wearing the bathrobe only to hear some noise,may be someone's cry.she don't wanna go but like she was hypnotised to the voice.she walked towards the room from where the noise was coming.
She entered the big room and see it was decorated beautifully in pink colour with big teddies and doll.a big pink baby crib was kept.and a small baby was crying bitterly .
A small baby of about two months who was crying bitterly.ishita couldn't stop herself from picking the small baby in her arms .she lovingly caressed her small pink features,she hugged her lovingly and milk start flowing wetting her clothes .she slowly open the knot and the baby started sucking the milk fastly while ishita closed her eyes feeling immense peace in feeding her.she was lovingly caressing the baby.
While raman who was shouting on the caretaker and maid saying- how careless u guys could be.meri jaan, meri rooh ka doodh billi pee gayi.now what she will have.see she is crying bitterly. He was saying when he realised she is no more crying.
Raman- what happened to rooh.why she is not crying anymore.thinking so he ran to see her,only to find rooh in ishita's arms.ishita was turning to the wall so he couldn't see what she is doing.
Raman- what the hell u r doing with my jaan.he said and snatched ruhi from her arms.ruhi start crying bitterly for milk.
Raman look milk near her lips and then at ishita. She pleaded him to give her back to her with her eyes.he was shocked beyond words and just went out of the room giving ruhi to her.
