How's my lovely dearies? Or are there any lovely dearies left over to greet me? I know I have been ridiculously too much late for this update... but please forgive this masoom si bacchi!

RECAP :- The group - Arshi, Sandhir, Lavarth and Yoyo Kaustuki go to the woods where they have a party. Sanyukta, Randhir and Khushi are abducted by Siddharth. Ranshi knows that they are twins. Sanyukta knows that Arnav is a vampire. They escape from Siddharth's clutches when Khushi hits him. The next day is the day of the black night where Arnav comes to know about Ranshi through Sanyu! Sandhir have their moments. The black night passes and a month pass by. Sandhir share a kiss after which Sanyukta reveals to Randhir that she is an illegitimate child of her mother. The next day is her birthday and while they have lunch in the canteen, Sanyukta' sister Jaanvi and Aryan, her fiance, surprise her. Randhir is shocked.
CHAPTER 33 :- A FIRM RESOLUTION!
"So buddy, won't you give me a tour of this huge place? Jaanvi has already hopped out with Lavanya and I think these beautiful girls are in no mood!" Aryan placed a hand on Arnav's shoulder, arching an eyebrow.
Arnav was staring at Sanyukta trying to hint at what she was thinking. Reading her had become hard for him now that she had learnt the art of shutting herself up from intruders.
Arnav remembered her telling him that Siddharth read everything on her mind and that was frustrating. So he had given her the entire training on how to keep herself safe from mind readers. Though at that time, he had no idea that she would use the trick to boycott him from her mind's territory. Now, it was as if there was a door to her mind which Sanyukta opened and shut whenever she seemed fit. And right now, this was frustrating as ever. Sanyukta was keeping something from him, he could tell for sure. But the idea pricked him, this was the first time she was shutting him up and it was hard to digest that his only best friend feared to say something to him.
Aryan's hand on his shoulder made Arnav look at him.
"Let's go?" Aryan asked again.
"Sure buddy!" Arnav said giving a last glance to Sanyukta, sitting on the chair of the canteen with a thoughtful expression.
Kaustuki was flipping pages of her book trying to memorize concepts, Parth and Yoyo were too apprehensive for the practical that they left for the library while Khushi and Randhir disappeared a long time ago excusing themselves one by one.
As the two guys were about to leave the canteen, they heard Sanyukta,
"Aryan... I need to speak to you!"
Aryan and Arnav turned around at the same time. There it was, the famous resolute expression on her face which made Arnav even more suspicious that she was up to something. Was she going to tell Aryan about Randhir and her, about the last night or that she felt for him? If yes, then why was she hiding it from him? He wondered.
"Sure!" Aryan said, almost comprehending Arnav and Sanyukta's expressions. "Tell me!"
"Why don't we walk to the garden? Just us? I wanted to talk to 'you'!" She said grabbing her purse and standing up, looking at Aryan with an almost pleading expression.
"Umnnn... I guess I will leave you guys alone!" Arnav said eyeing Sanyukta one last time before turning on his heels and disappearing.
Aryan and Sanyukta wandered to the garden, their hands clasped in each other's, an awkward silence stretching between them.
As they settled on the bench in the corner, Aryan wrapped his arms around her shoulders and she snuggled in, her head on his chest, one hand wrapped around his waist from behind while the other rested on his abdomen. They closed their eyes, taking in the other's presence.
All the feelings Sanyukta had trapped inside her rib cage tended to explode. This guy had been her angel, the only one who had supported her in the thickest and thinnest. He had been the one who had never thought her to be a sin besides Jaanvi and Arnav, after knowing who she was. She didn't know about Randhir and she didn't want to know.
The way he had pacified her the last night clearly indicated that he had not abandoned her. He had reflected his love. She had felt it. That pure feeling had made her whole soul million times incandescent. She was sure that if she felt it again, came to really know that Randhir loved her despite everything, she would fall for him hard, the one thing she couldn't afford. This sweet guy in whose embrace she was right now, was her best friend, her fianc. Betraying him was the last thing she could afford and she had to prove it, prove that she wasn't going to repeat history. A soft sob escaped her mouth, muffled by the leather if Aryan's jacket. The hand that was slowly caressing her silky auburn hair suddenly stopped, hearing the almost inaudible sob.
"Hey!" He was apprehensive. "What happened love?"
"I missed you!" Sanyukta said, almost inaudibly and honestly.
As much as it was true that she had guilt filling her throat right now, it was also as much true that she had missed him like hell. She had been more than addicted to him since she wasn't conscious about herself. All those days when they sat in the lonest corner of the classroom sharing their lunch, then soothing hum of his songs when she sobbed herself silently to slumber in his lap everytime she was whipped by her drunk father. That pained expression on his face whenever he treated her injuries. Those brutal marks on his body when he placed himself between the whip and her body. His food, his songs, his jokes, all those things that made her feel cared for. All those things were her hope, which encouraged her to reach out for a normal life. She wrapped his arm tight around his stomach, overflown with affection and gratitude for this guy.
"I missed you too!" He smiled placing a kiss in her hair and embracing her tight.

Seated on the soft, cold grass on the darkest corner, he sobbed, the one thing he thought would erase the slow, dull, throbbing ache inside his muscular chest. But it was of no help. He could metaphor a thousand shattered pieces of his icy, cold heart that had started melting by the warmth of the pale - faced, determined sprite.
She was the one girl who could provoke him to the good band made him lose the ear to his own mind. His heart was so warm and sweet whenever he saw her. Sweet, sweet honey flowed in his veins whenever he touched her and deep, deep satisfaction and pure, pure pleasure when she did. Those silky auburn hair inside which his fingers slipped so easily, the deep hazel orbs that looked at him with so many contrasting emotions, the intoxicating cologne which made him smell the heaven on the earth and those soft buds that had been a mush, an exotic mush which made the whole world fall away on his feet, crushing everything around them so that there was no being existent on the earth except them. Even the painful pricks of her long, sharp nails made him moan deep in his throat.
Innocence was much better than awareness, he realized. After knowing what heaven was, this hell was a million times painful than he imagined it to be. A small ray of light at the back of his head still flickered, making him dare to hope. No, he thought suddenly. The content smile that she gave him, those rosy cheeks that blushed the color of sunset, the squinting of her eyes, the satisfying squirm of her muscles, the deep melodious hum of her moans, the soft yet strong grip of her hands pulling him against her, couldn't be his imagination. May be he had misinterpreted that she didn't love him. May be she did. May be her father had forced her into the engagement and she didn't feel anything for Aryan. May be! The small flicker of light turned into a squib.

"I have brought something for you..." Aryan was reluctant.
He slowly removed his right hand from around her and groped for something in his pocket, holding her in place with his left hand. As he found what he wanted, he sighed, a deep breath of nervousness which made Sanyukta look at him.
"What is it Aryan?" She asked, her voice low and muffled against his chest.
Wrapping his left arm tightly around her, he held a small blue velvet box in it, opening it with his left hand. Plucking something from the box, he dropped it down and took her left arm that rested on his stomach with his left hand and held it up. She slowly lifted her head a little to look at her hand in his. Confirming that she is looking at their hands, he slid a solitaire in her ring finger.
She gasped at the sight of it. The small ring fit her finger like a piece of puzzle. It was of gold with a diamond studded right in the center, shining bright. Light from the sun made it glow like a tiny sun. Two tiny diamonds in a heart shape surrounded the diamond of the center, on either side, shining with their tiny light. The entire ring around the two tiny diamonds was carved with two tiny swans facing each other with gap between each two. The design was so exotic and ethereal.
"Wow! You remembered!" She sat up, looking at him in wonder.
"Yeah!" He smiled shyly.
"Where the hell did you get this? And how do you know that..." she looked at the ring with awe.
"Umnn... I was..." he blushed. "I was following you that day!"
Sanyukta's jaw dropped. She remembered the day when she had drawn this design.
Aryan had proposed her by making a small ring with the branch of a tree. Later she and Jaanvi had gone to get a ring for her where she liked none. She had drawn this design on the notepad of the jeweller and ordered to make that ring. The jeweller had been sorry that he could not add such tiny details. They had moved out of the shop, rather disheartened. She had told Aryan that she didn't like any ring and he had told her that it was okay if she wore no ring.
But this guy had got this guy for her. She had tried so many jewellers for this design but had no luck. She jumped on him, hugging him so tight that his bones almost crushed.
"Thank you so much!" She almost screamed and smiled her best. It was her dream to wear this ring and he, as always, had made it come true. The fact that this was her engagement ring, could be kept at a back seat right now. However, she was already engaged and she didn't regret the engagement, no matter how much guilty she felt.

The entire world spinned in front of Randhir's eyes. The fire of clear, warm hope that had illuminated his chest moments ago, died down with a thump. He looked at the cuddling couple with his swollen eyes, hurt filling each vein in his orbs. He had been thinking that this engagement was one sided and Sanuk take was not happy with this relationship. But then, he saw them, walking into the garden hand in hand. They walked right past him without noticing him and cuddled on the bench in the other corner. Right in front of his eyes, Aryan skid an engagement ring in her finger and she was so happy about it that she hugged him, smiling brightly.
Betrayal, that was what he should have felt right now, but it was regret that filled his nerves. Regret to ever have listened to his rebellious heart, to give in to the heavenly pleasure in her arms, to get closer to her even when she tried hard to get away. He had brought this upon himself, he realized. He was the one who had taken the first step. He realized he could take the last step, a step so far away from her that she could never break his heart again. He was broken and nobody could mend him now. He rubbed the tears off his face with a firm resolution. He can do this! He can end it right here, before it can break him again and before she would end up repeating history, as she had said the last night. This was what she had meant. She couldn't fall for him being already engaged and he wouldn't let her be shattered. She would break like a rag doll if she faced those loathings again. No matter what happens to him, he would never let her be in the same state she was, when they first kissed. She was so vulnerable. He could go a long way to prevent it and he would. He would make it easier for her and himself by being away.
His resolution was clear and firm this time, no loopholes would ever penetrate it, he decided.

I know this update had been boring for a come back but it was necessary. I couldn't add any colours as I am updating fromantic my mobile phone. I am sorry for not coming up to all your expectations and I know many of you aren't even interested in this story now. But please respond. Even if it was for criticising me.
