I cannot understand why are the Creatives trying to insert Ashok Kaurvaki love story whenever they get time. They want to show that Ashok loved Kaurvaki more than any one else. According to history Kaurvaki was not related to king of Kalinga, but here they are showing her to be daughter of the king & Ashok's love interest. Ok she played an important role in making Ashoka take Buddhism later according to history.
According to history Devi is Ashok's first wife as shown in show as well. But I think they want to make a reason as to why Devi never lived with her husband in Patliputhra, where as per rule she should be his chief wife, her son should have been the heir apparent to the throne. But here they are trying to show that she will give way for Kaurvaki, & leave them.
I think guys currently they should continue to show on how Ashok crowns him self Emperor, instead of this love saga. Now it is in the interesting stage. Ashoka has killed Siamak. Sushim has come to know the fact that Siamak is not there real brother & that Ashok has hidden the fact from Bindusar because Ashok knows that his father cannot accept the reality, & he will be shocked. Well I still do not understand as to how no body could see Sushim hung there upside down, first Ashok ok he was busy with Siamak, but latter Radhagupt how he or any one of the soldiers did not see up wards. Now it will be interesting to see what Sushim will do next.
