Not really It was a reunion of sorts, a reunion of old friends without any veneer. The mask was broken. Shravan found his solace. She was the oasis to his parched soul.
Now what I found the most beautiful and amazing moment was when Sumo apologised and the moment she uttered the word Ego, it triggered Shravan's guilt of behaving ostentatiously with Suman. His insults, his bipolar behaviour and all.
I dont want to get into a detailed analysis of Shravan-Sumo's faults or the degree of their wrongs. What is highlighted is Shravan is WRONG.Full stop. His behaviour to the girl was wrong. Even if the girl is a gold digger and the most selfish human being on the face of earth. There are some basic decencies that you do not cross and Shravan had crossed them a long time ago.
And I am so glad that Shravan is guilty without realising that Suman is partially blameless in this fiasco. Her faults do not give him the rights to mutilate her character time and again.
He realises his faults and underlines the inert goodness and the beautiful and innocent soul that Shravan is. It got back my trust on CVs that they will definitely redeem him one day. Yes, he has fallen but he acknowledges it. He does not need the other party to be justified for admitting his faults. His redemption will come and it will be a beautiful journey.
