here are some things I noticed

1) Shivaay said Anika is family😊...and everyone's reaction to it. If only the scene wasn't so serious,we could've heard an amazing one liner from rudra

2) Gayatri stared at Anika. Please don't tell me Gayatri is Anika's relative or something.Her smile was so creepy,it'll probably come in my nightmares

3)Om mentioned Ishana ,and it seemed like he was sort of believing her .Is this a sign that Ishana will be back soon?

4)Rudra's face at the end😭

Things are starting to unfolding one by one. I'm still trying to figure out why Gayatri was looking at Anika like that. Or maybe she wasn't looking at Anika because I could see her looking around the house aswell. Anika noticed her looking. Ishana will definitely be making a comeback soon. Her part in this story is inportant. Upcoming track looks very interesting.
