Its so dreamy... maan dream man... He is observing his wife and her antics ... The more he looks her the more he felt attracted to her... Not only he but geet too .. She felt shy ... A new feeling do arise within her ... her Ammi ... Tried to tell that every man have some needs and wife has the duty to fulfill them.. Making geet whine... But then the way their relation is progressing both are very much happy and contented ... their small small moments... Are heart whelming... They could have kissed but Aliya came in wrong time.. rain was pouring down and her sister was trying to push her in it and maan was seeing his wife ... Hehe loved the small interaction between jeejz and saali...

Very thoughtful of Maan that he is giving so much time to Geet to get close to him and understand him. His love and respect can be seen in his actions and they surely will have a rocking relationship...

Part 10

Geet looked out the window as she stood patting her hair dry, she sighed heavily as she remembered she was departing again tomorrow, her heart grew heavier as the realization sunk in, she was going to be leaving, when she sees her family again she didn't have no clue, she turned her head seeing Maan stand beside her. He simply looked at her for a moment and passed a soft smile.

"What are you thinking about?" he asked crossing his arms around him and leaned on his side against the wall, she turned her head to the starry night and gave a small shrug.

"Nothing much" she muttered. "Just.. tomorrow we're leaving so which means I'll be leaving once again" she smiled softly and placed her damp towel on the heater to dry.

"I understand" Maan said after a moment which made Geet turn her head and look at him. "Living without your parents is scary and adjusting to a new life altogether is a big challenge, our whole life changed when abbu passed away" he finished softly and turned his gaze outside. The memories of his father seeped back to him, he was only a young boy of 13yrs when he'd lost his father, he watched how his mother had broken down, his siblings cried and took solace from him which didn't allow him to mourn over his father, he didn't cry for his father before anyone instead he'd cried himself in the silent night and prayed to do his duty as a son and till date he'd fulfilled his duty as a son, brother, nephew. He'd become the provider for his family.

Geet noticed Maan was lost in his thoughts and she realized how lucky she is to have both her parents and their blessings where as Maan only had his mother.

"Abbu.. abbu kaise.." she paused unable to find the right words.

"Heart attack" Maan replied and turned to her. "He.. he was getting ready to go to mosque and.. whilst coming down he suddenly had a heart attack" his voice lowered as he had been present when his father collapsed before him. "He was told to be dead as they reached the hospital" he finished off softly, he closed his eyes as unwillingly his eyes filled up.

Geet ached for him unknowingly hearing him, he obviously missed his father, the way he'd spoke of his father she could tell, the compassion for his father oozed from his voice.

She inched closer resting her head on his shoulder blade and wrapped her arm around his abdomen, Maan smiled faintly pressing his hand over hers. No words were needed as he knew she was offering him solace just by holding him.

"Thanks" Maan spoke after a moment breaking away and turned to face her.

"Thanks?" she raised her brows. "Kis ke liye?"

"Just for being there"

"I thought we're friends and I heard there is no sorry and no thank you" she said with a soft smile.

"Yeah. You're right. No thanks then" he grinned making Geet chuckle. "Anyways its pretty late" he spoke glancing at the clock.

She nodded and turned to leave but stopped as Maan called her, turning around she looked at him, Maan moved close and dipped his head down nearing her face.

"You look quite tempting in the rain" he whispered into her ear shocking her and walked away nonchalantly leaving her stilled in her place stunned at what he'd said.

Her cheeks flamed as his words echoed in her ears, that means he'd seen her she thought to herself.

"Come to bed Geet" Maan called as he slipped into their bed. "Your legs will ache if you stand there all night and blush"

She turned away from him hiding her face from him as she grew furiously hot with his statement. She sighed deeply shaking her head. Composing herself she went and joined him in bed, she cuddled up into his arms just as she had last night, it was something that came to them naturally, they didn't need to physical for each moment to be blissful, each second in his arms offered her comfort, warmth and underlying protectiveness.

"You're quite a mystery" Geet tilted her head and spoke, Maan looked down at her and raising his brows.

"How?" he pushed her still wet tendril behind her ear.

"Well. First day you were quite.. um.. like sweet phir.. you're teasing me all the time"

"Sweet?" he wriggled his brows making her laugh. "How so? Did you taste me?"

"Aap na?" she nudged his shoulder dipping her head down.

"Main na kya Geet?" he whispered inching closer, she paused as he moved closer, her eyes slowly closed on its own, her lips curved into a soft smile and slightly parted, Maan smiled seeing how Geet was effected by his closeness, she tilted her head as she felt his nose nuzzle her neck ever so lightly, her breaths grew uneven, she swallowed thickly whilst her hands reached his biceps and gripped, she felt him press a kiss to her collar bone, her nails pressed into his skin as her chest heaved heavily. Maan touched her shoulder, playing tenderly with her sleeve whilst he traced her neck lightly with his nose, his fingers pushed the material off slowly, dipping his head he pressed a kiss to her bare shoulder that was now in his view, Geet sucked in a harsh breath and forgot to breath, a touch she'd never felt before had burned her, his lips were rough and firm yet there was a softness to it. Fixing her sleeve back into place Maan pulled her into his arms, Geet didn't dare look up, she simply rested her head on his shoulders and left her eyes closed, both of them were slowly adjusting to each other and closing the distant between them inch by inch growing closer to one another.

"What are you doing?" Geet asked as Maan walked over to her after reading namaz, he prayed something beneath his breath simply holding her hands, once he finished he bent his head and placed a kiss to the back of her hands.

She smiled softly and looked at him for a while, Maan smiled back at her and explained to her.

"I prayed that you're with me in jannat In Sha Allah" that statement alone blew her away, she now knew she'd become a part of his life and he's accepted her.

She wrapped her arms around his nape and embraced him feeling overwhelmed with his little prayer to the Almighty, she only prayed she be the wife he wants and doesn't disappoint him in any way, she prayed for guidance to take their relationship forward holding his hand and walk together in their journey and prayed she only succeeded.

Geet settled her head on Maan's shoulder as they drew away, she turned her head and looked at her family one more time catching a final glance, Maan fimly pressed her hand which was clasped into his own silently assuring her which she was grateful for.

"You ok?" Maan asked her as they reached the outskirts and quite far away from her home.

"Hmm.."

He pulled the glass and covered them from the driver's view, Geet looked at him confused as to why he'd done that, he didn't speak but stretched himself and rested his head on her lap.

"I'm tired and I know we won't be able to rest when we get home" he told her and closed his eyes,

"One minute" she picked his head up for a moment pulling her shawl out from the bag, Maan looked at her, she placed the shawl on her lap. "You wouldn't be able to rest properly as this is quite heavy on the works" she explained as he rested his head back on her lap and smiled up at her as he was quite comfortable.

Geet smiled threading her fingers through his hair whilst Maan grabbed her right hand and pulled it to him resting on his chest as he held on. She knew Maan hardly slept much last night, he'd woken up for namaz and couldn't go back to sleep even if he wished to.

Geet watched as his eyes closed and he drifted away, her fingers continued to thread between his hair lightly caressing through which in a way soothed Maan, she leaned back letting out a sigh as she wondered how her life will change. As she reaches back to her own home she'll be completely their daughter in law, she'd be given responsibility that she didn't know whether she could fulfil. Saira hadn't given her anything nor had anyone else as she was the new daughter in law and they had given her space and time and she needed to her bit now.

She didn't know when her own eyes gave away and she'd gone to sleep as they had a couple of hours before they reach Delhi.

"Pass it here" Sameera shouted as Anisa dribbled the ball, Hena moved closer and dribbled the ball away and aimed for the basket.

"Yes" she shouted as she scored and pointed her thumb down at Sameera and Anisa.

Ameena laughed. "Losers"

Here in KM, the girls were in their private garden where no one could see from outside as it was only for the girls, Ameena, Sameera's friend had come over as they didn't have much to do they'd decided to play basket ball.

Nazmeen stood by the door and looked at them for a moment then called out. "They're here"

"Who khala?" Sameera shouted back as she ran dribbling the ball and aimed for the basket.

"Maan & Geet"

"Crap" Sameera hissed as she missed and turned her head. "Bhai aur bhabhi aagaye?" she asked.

"Yep. They just drove in" she told them and walked to the front to greet both of them.

The girls followed behind fixing themselves, grabbing their duppatas which they'd left at the side and covered themselves.

They stood watching as the driver parked up, Sameera walked over first and opened the door for them excitedly and stilled as she saw Geet resting her head on Maan's shoulder with Maan resting his head on her lap, both of them sleeping.

She didn't speak but turned her head waving over to them to come. They joined and smiled seeing them both.

"Tum loug kya kar rahe ho?" Saira asked walking over and saw both her son and daughter in law, she shook her head the women who decided to watch them.

"Unko utaya kyun nahi?" she whacked Hena on her head.

"Maan..." she called. "Maan" she called again as he'd slightly shifted and stirred.

Maan blinked open his eyes and smiled a little as he'd felt Geet's head on his shoulder but then hearing his mother's voice he knew, he gently moved and Geet also had woken up, she straightened up in a daze, she dipped her head down as she saw all of them grinning at her, Maan cleared his throat and stepped down from his side.

Geet moved to her own side and stepped down.

She greeted Saira keeping her eyes casted down, she could almost feel the girl's teasing smiles and gaze on her.

"Maan aap loug jaa ke araam kijiye, tak gaye ho" Saira told them.

"Aur kitna soyenge choti ma" Sameera asked, Maan looked at her glaring at her.

"Bhai aap ke x ray effect mujhe affect nahi karta" she laughed holding Nazmeen from behind.

"Sameera bas bhi karo" Saira looked at her telling her with her eyes to stop it, sameera looked away sighing heavily.

"Jao bete" she ushered them both to the outhouse.

Maan grabbed their bags and headed towards their house, Geet followed beside him feeling extremely conscious, as they passed them, Sameera moved closer to Geet. "Welcome back bhabhi" she muttered. "Hope you had a nice sleep" she chuckled making Geet blush.

"Tum sab pagal ho kya?" Saira asked as they both had gone. "Shadi ke ek hafta bhi nahi huya hai aur tum loug dono ko comfortable bana ke bajai uncomfortable bana rahe ho. Ek aur lafz suna na maine toh teek nahi hoga" she warned them and walked away, they all looked at each other for a moment, sighing heavily they followed inside.
