Prenuptial agreement.

Infertility track.

A mother in law like Ishwari.

And in-laws like Dev's family.

A lot more to come?

Sona dearest, you better be prepared for what you just signed for. I see tougher times ahead for DevAkshi and from the way I see things shaping up, I think both Dev and Sona will learn some valuable lessons they have been refusing to learn only when the things have gone worse.

While I don't find anything wrong if the couple willingly wants to arrange for a prenuptial agreement, deceiving Dev into signing those papers is what exactly you'd expect out of Ishwari. She knows Dev wouldn't ever agree for it considering he already seems to have trashed the proposal of it by his lawyer and rightly so but she's still going ahead and depriving Sona of her rightful legal rights. And here I thought, this woman couldn't disappoint me further. Clearly, I was very wrong, wasn't I? Ishwari's capable of a lot more and we'll see that in coming future.

If my prediction goes correct, then I think Dev and Sona will get married. The infertility issue will crop up either before marriage or after but the marriage will take place nonetheless. Things will go haywire and downhill post marriage for DevAkshi eventually leading to a divorce/separation situation. This is the point where Dev might wake up to his realisation and start making amends. Sona will obviously be distraught and might give Dev a tough ride then.

Bijoy's constant warnings seem a kind of symbolism to me. He's not being irrational or stubborn, infact, he's the only one in Bose house who is thinking with his head. The show portrayed this classic situation extremely well that goes down in every Indian household wherein there's always a dispute and concern over whether to give in to the pressures and demands of society (or in-laws) or not. Asha, Bijoy's mother, Saurav, Elene, all of them aren't being as far-sighted, insightful and cautious as Bijoy is. Don't blame anyone of them though for how they're behaving, this situation is quite realistic and relatable.

I appreciate the fact that Dev tried to make an effort to bond with Sona's family. But for some reason, all DevAkshi scenes are seeming forced, bland and emotionally disconnected to me with each one of them falling flat. Shaheer needs some rest, he seems really sick.

Goodluck Dev and Sona! You both are so going to need it.
