So basically shagun got pihu's custody just coz she has her name on the birth certificate n she took care of pihu for last 7 yrs in her real mother's absence so this is enough to grant a custody to a surrogate mother against the real parents like really is it a joke courts are very cautious while granting custody they don't even give a kids custody to their relatives when real parents are very much alive n capable of taking care of the kid. Here a surrogate mother gets the custody n the judge has conveniently ignored the fact that pihu is unaware of ishita being her mother of her being a surrogate baby still n why didn't the judge question the fact that despite having such a caring n loving real mother why adi ruhi chose to be with their step mom even after she had left them for 7 yrs why earlier both their custody had gone to ishra didn't tgey check her past record a women who left her husband for his rich boss with whom she was having an extramarital affair n left behind her 6 months old daughter as well to be in a live in relationship. Used her son in a way that he had to go to a counsellor at an age of 12 yrs is fit to be given a custody for a surrogate baby one who isn't hers biologically when she could not take care of her own kids how can she be given a custody for someone else's kid who has very capable n alive real parents who can give her a full fleged family, love her care for her genuinely.
