I felt it was stupid for him to leave a tei midway as i knew this show was a show that wont be going on for years. Also, jhalak couldve been done any year again i feel that show is easily scripted. He gave decent performances and shouldve stayed for little longer.

Ps i still do feel his fans are way too loyal and they have trended alot but sadly in vain

I agree with you. His decision was plainly dumb and stupid. TEI was already in it's end phase. Everyone knows that shows who do not top the TRP chart usually go on for two-three months max after consummation and he would've done better by not leaving a show that launched him to fame and recognition.

actors who leave for jhalk or reality shows usually are no where to be seen.

I'm actually over this whole deal with Sidhant and Jhalak. I don't mean to offend him or his fans but he acted in a naive manner. I am not against him wanting to expand his horizons and choosing something that might actually boost his career in showbiz but this decision of his was not so well thought out if I may add.
He left a show midway so that he could participate in a reality series, which in all probability, would have still been offered to him the next season. Also, the show he tossed aside for Jhalak, gave him the fame and recognition he now enjoys. I don't mean that one should stick to a show just because it gave you fame but since he never had any 'creative differences ' with the content of the show, it's pretty clear that he left because he wanted to opt for jhalak dikhla ja. He didn't even complete his contact with the channel and that isn't how a professional is expected to behave. I expected him to at least complete his contractual obligations.
I am not gonna say success got to his head but he should have weighed the pros and cons before taking such a big step since it was certain that he had no chance at winning the show.
Had he left for a better show or even a chance at Bollywood, I would have tried to reason with his choice and be supportive but right now, he doesn't have my support.
