Totally agree. I felt the same. Kamini's entry wasn't nessessary. And the main consept was enough to go on with the story. I know after ViDha's marriage there wasn't any thing left to discuss in the story. but they could've make ViDha help other widows lead a better life. I guess this show lacks some powerful sub plots. Rajlakshmi..or another young widow struggle to get work and respect.

I loved it that you pointed to a villain exposer each month. you see when at last Viplav knew about DT ..this wasn't a WOW moment. if this came earlier. this may cause a misunderstanding. and some huge drama in Tripathy's house.

Awida, I think many of us had envisioned a completely different progression in story than what we were given. This show had so much promise! It had the potentiality to reach out to the masses for a much needed change in the mentality against widows. I liked your idea of uplifting the widows after ViDha's marriage. I think the tracks for Dhani's education and widow emancipation could've run parallel together. Viplav's exposure to the real Dashrat Tripathi should've happened midway into the show. The fight between good and evil would've been interesting to watch. It was a mistake to keep Viplav aloof until the end. There were so many opportunities this production house missed in its own stubbornness. At the end of the day, it's all water under the bridge. The show's over and everyone lived happily ever after. It's just that when you're emotionally attached to a show, it's downfall nags at you. 😒

Bittersweet indeed...I would say # 8 as the biggest culprit for the fallout of the show.
If she was never brought in, there would probably have been no leap.
& could have focussed back to the original story .

Watching the promo gave me goosebumps... especially watching Mishal, listening to his voice.
Its been 2 weeks & already miss watching him.
Hope he comes back soon in yet another unique & interesting role.

I remember feeling goosebumps as well the first time I saw this promo, Mish! I was taken away by the concept and the chemistry between the leads. This show had so much to offer! There was no need whatsoever to bring Kamini into the mix. The entire dynamics of IKRS changed overnight. This production house is notorious for doing as it pleases, so I doubt they've learnt a lesson. I miss everything about Mishal, but I think I miss Viplav and his charisma the most. 💔
