Bhai jobless ko loan advance sanction kahaan milta hai?? 😕 mujhe b bta do...
How can they sanction Sanskar's loan if he's jobless n he has no asset?

i think company owner clearly said that hes giving loan 2 him considering his past record of his Karma company.and they also said it"ll take 2 weeks time.

Is "karma company" the maheshwari company?
But it's not their now, is it with any law? 😕 😊

no Karma comapny is not maheshwari company. it was solely made by sanky during 5 yrs.

and sanky merged it later on wid maheshwari & sons.

in few companies u r eligible for a loan as soon as u join them as employee but yeah there is a bond that u have to sign like i think a three yr bond or something like that, for eg u cant leave the company for 3 yrs or so. i know a company like this they make u sign a 5yr bond.

Till date I could understand, how could one sign of Durga Prasad transfer all assets to Adarsh?

I am sure individual members of the family have their personal bank accounts. It is generally a must in all business families. In fact that is how they protect assets in some ways. How can Durga prasad by signing transfer for example Sanskar's assets or Ram's assets to Adarsh? It is just not possible. Until and unless the entire family is dumb and has kept all their money, accounts and properties in the name of Durga Prasad.

I work for an IT company. ... and almost all companies in IT provide interest free loans which vary from company to company. ..later they deduct from salary accordingly for number of years which one has opted

Tiny u r right.company owner consider san hardwork behind karma company.san is taking a loan from a private company.company san k sallary se paisa leke ye loan ko dheere dheree clear kar dega.agar koi apni work place se loan leta hai to loan aise hi clear hote hai.tab loan k liye koi garantee aue assurence ki jaroorat nahi hai.sanskae koi bank se loan nahi manga hai jo sanskar ko assurence garantee ki jaroorat nahi hai
