I would like to know

as per the Hindu customs and tradition,

1. if any man puts red vermilion or sindoor or a blood on a lady's forehead.

does it symbolize they are married?

2. what about Bengali tradition of sindoor?

3. During the engagement will Dev put Sindoor on Sona's forehead? Will they be married ?

4. Without the pheras can a lady get married by just putting Sindoor on her forehead?

what do you think?

No dear. Its not like that. Only putting sindoor don't make you life partners. Yes it is a symbolism of getting married.
But there are lit more rituals in hindu wedding. Like the kanyadan and pheras.

As you rightly qouted it is symbol of getting married.

if Dev put his blood on Sona forehead on the engagement day? . Would Sona consider herself as married?

You cracked me up with the post🤣
Please don't give anymore ideas to the CV's. Ab jo ho raha hein vo kafi nahi he kya?🤣

Coming to your post , no the act is not valid in any tradition. Dev is acting dumb but please not that dumb. At the most since two doctors are present at the venue he will get immediate medical treatment.

I don't think the makers will show something like this. Coz till today they are showing us everything in a realistic manner. It's gonna be a bit dramatic.
