English Translation of Yeh Zindagi in the form of a poem

As we all know that Yeh Zindagi was such a beautiful composition by the team of MJHT. I have tried to translate this melody into an English poem titled "We Are Together". Hope you like it.

We Are Together

Life welcomes us with open arms,

My heart says come join me when the wind comes.

Tomorrow these little moments shall pass down the lanes of memory,

Constantly reminding us of those promises we make many.

In this big crowd however why it seems,

We two are alone yet in each other's dreams.

We started from our homes together,

On an unknown journey though yet we are together.

Behind the eyelids, a very deep desire of my heart hides,

Now why is it under those very eyes?

On a difficult journey we are together,

Having many dreams in our eyes we are together.

Every time the day breaks, my heart fears how and when,

The drop-like desires will fall from the eyes on us like rain.

Many priceless nights are spent by the bird-like heart of mine,

Whose own nest was left behind after you became mine.

Having many dreams in our hearts we are together,

On our own journey, we are together.

Clouds which were eager to rain, now rain more often,

Bringing down the dreams in droplets from heaven.

We started from our homes together,

On an unknown journey though yet we are together.
