Suddenly , Dev's most romantic dialogue feels odd.

"I love you, like a man loves a woman..." as opposed to best friends love.

How we sighed. How we dreamed with hearty eyes.

Now it depends on what sort of a "man" he was.

Shouldn't it be just "I LOVE who you are. How I feel when I am with you. " ?

The man left her. Didn't worry about her for the longest time. He didn't think she deserved an explanation or some resolution. Merciless. Is that how a man loves a woman?

He was happy because SHE loved him back. Went along with everything he wanted. Also she went away when he told her to also.

Now she's not obeying him and he's angry.

Is it Sonakshi's job to teach Dev about how to love woman?

This. I am so disappointed with him for all that he did to Sona especially the stalking.

But yesterday when he told his god(mother) that he called Sonakshi to save her from another failed relationship, I lost all hope of redemption from his side. He still doesn't have the guts to stand up for her? Why! Why is he still mollycoddling his mom? Why is he still listening to her talk like he committed a sin by falling in love? Why does she still have the right to make all his decisions? When will he grow up to be a man (as he claims)? Never, I guess.
