Yes, Dev Sisters did not help him. None of the sisters talked about the break up or helped him. I think Dev had a fatherly approach to his sisters and did not speak about it.
Neha atleast should have come to the office and asked about sona-dev relationship and consoled him.
I feel sad for Dev. that he could not express his feelings to anyone except for mama, but he was not supportive to Dev.
What is the use of having a family which is not supportive?
I also feel if Ria, NIkki or Neha could not speak to his Bhai atleast they could have gone to Sona's and asked the reason for the break up.
