From precap of today's episode it's almost clear that ishana is anika sister

The way anika talk to shivay about her family aap meri family ke bare mein kuch nahi kahin skate

Some today ishana told aap meri family ke bare mein kuch nahi bolt skate

It's all hinting toward ishana being anika real sister as they have not met yet also

i think both r sisters...when anika n ishana meets up they will findout each other...anikas bracelet n ishanas tattoo...i think anika has some memory with her bracelet...bcoz of dat she running behind shivaay for chand...n anika n ishana has something 2 do with d past of oberois...

It's about 99.99%confirm that the secret about which shakti was speaking from day one is of anika family

And if they r sisters then it must be related to both
