After watching tonight's episode of Gangaa, this is my opinion and understanding of what is happening ::-
1/ All trust and understanding have broken down between Ganga and Sagar.
2/ Madhvi has over reacted. You cannot change your past. She should have trusted her husband when he told her that, yes Zoya is his daughter but he would do the same for anyone. You cannot walk away from a marriage without knowing the truth about what really happen ( My point of view)
3/ If someone kidnaps someone, that person will alway be seen as guilty. Sagar is the only one who knows the truth but Ganga will never believe him because all the trust has gone between them.
4/ Ganga thinks Sagar is a liar. She didn't want to sleep with him before their wedding but he persuades her by cutting his finger and applying his blood to her forehead and then denied that her child is his because he has never slept with her ( both of them doesn't know he has been drug by Prabha)
5 Sagar thanks Ganga cheated on him and is pergnant with someone else child. She knows he is lying about the child not being his.
6/ As a woman i understand and with Ganga. She owes the Chaturvedi nothing, yes they gave her shelter and educate her but she worked as an unpaid servant in their house. Madhvi has never shown her love, she put up with her because of Niru and tried keep Ganga away from Sagar because they though Ganga wasn't good enough for Sagar.
I think that the makers have lost what they really wanted Gangaa to be about and am glad about the leap as they can revamp. I would like to see more positive story line, more social and moral issue with education outcome...More good over evil.

My concern in this post is about the 2nd point that you made. Yes, certainly no one can undo the past. But a person's reaction has to be measured in proportion to the amount of faith one has over the other. In this case, look at the way, Madhavi learnt about her husband's past relationship (I would not call it an affair) and the presence of a daughter. She simply got to know about it because of the irresponsible screaming and crying of Rahat and Gangaa...she over-heard it...no one cared to disclose this big secret to her. Agreed, Niranjan got to know about it himself just then. It was clearly Ammaji's fault...but when you undergo a lifetime with a person considering him to be everything...(as is the case of most of the house-wives in India), this is like a bolt from the blue. The entire ground beneath the person is shaken. You can't sit and analyze practically then...about walking in or out of marriage. The world around her seems to have crashed. The hurt and resultant pain is beyond belief. And to top it all...Niranjan plans to get this girl home...that is when she decided to walk out finally...as if she does not have any right over this home. It is alright, if he had a past...but that past has invaded into the present!! This girl would remind her of an illusion that she was living with through out her life. Her lifetime of dedication and commitment towards the family means nothing. This is where I have a major complaint from Gangaa...her heart bled for Zoya and Rahat Ma...but could she not have handled the situation thinking about her Bahuji...there was no need to scream and plead to Babu that Zoya is her child...simply request him to save her. He would have done it for anyone. Why does Rahat and Gangaa yell out in his house that Zoya is his child...?? he did not believe in Rahat before, so...no need to make him believe now...just ask for help and leave...or use any other way...but u simply invaded into their lives and ruined the situation completely. Madhavi's reaction may sound like an over-reaction...but it is a sensitive matter and I find it justified.

Debashri 123, I stand by what I have written. We cannot change our past especially the ones we know nothing about.
It was Sagar who stopped Niru from telling Madhvi the truth about Zoya and yes I do agree with you about the unfortunate way she found out was wrong. Ganga and Rahat should not have gone to Niru for help but that is the way Indian serial drama works. In another country, they would have gone to the police.
By the age of Pulkit and Sagar Madhvi and Niru have been married for a long time. With the exception of her accusing him of having an affair with Barkha and leaving home. ( She was wrong then) He has never given her any cause for not trusting or having faith in him.
Niru had no intention of bringing Zoya home with him, he was only going to help find her and had Rahat not died he would have done just that. Madhvi should not have doubted her husband. She should have waited until he came home and hear his side and then decide what she wanted to do about it.
As an update from what I have written::- Madhvi is justified in leaving when Niru bought Zoya home, Zoya is an adult and didn't need to live with them. She gave him an ultimatum, her or Zoya and he choose Zoya. I like that Sagar was looking out for his mum.
