Hello friends I m back with another update .Heres the next part .0
Part 9
Next morning ishra were late to wake ,as get talked till late last night. Noticing that Raman had not yet woke ,toshiji went to his room ,she opened the door and found ishra still sleeping , though they were in uncomfortable position but they were in deep sleep, but at the next moment their beautiful sleep was broken with loud and fake crying of Toshiji .Ishra got up immediately and stood in their places ,both straightens themselves then they looked to each other and realised why toshiji is shouting .
T- ye ishita yahan kya kar rahi hai ,hey matarani ye tune kya kiya,jiska dar tha wahi hua ,pahle is madrasan ne ruhi kp bahkaya ,phir Mere puttar ko mere khilaaf kar diya ,aur an iski itni himmat ke ye mere puttar ke kamre tak aa gayi ,waise bhi aisi ladkiyon se aur umeed bhi kya ki ja sakti hai, khud ka to koi pariwaar...
Before she can say some more ,Raman and Mr bhalla both stopped her but the damage has been done ,she down casted her eyes and was leaving when Raman ,held her wrist and spoke " Ma I was feeling so alone that's why she was with me ,I stopped her ,she was here to support me ."
T(making faces)- aisa kya ho gaya,ki tujhe support ki zaroorat padh gayi .
Mr bhalla stopped her and told everything ,toshiji started crying loudly," ab is shagun ko hamse kya chahiye ,when ruhi needed her most she left poor child and now she wants ruhi . hey matarani what's happening with my puttar ,he has just started living a normal life and then you had again send this storm in his life ."
Sating so she was crying ,both Raman and Mr bhalla ran to support her , ishita saw then consoling toshiji ,she got the time and was going from there when Raman again held her hand and spoke
" Ishita get ready we have to visit pathak( his lawyer )."
ishita nodded and went out of the Bhalla house ,she went to her house. She was just entering her house when Amma stopped her and asked " ishu where were you ,we are looking for you from morning ".
I- amma I as with Raman ,he needed me so I was there with him .
A( carelessly)- ab kya hua un panjaabiyon ke yahan .
Ishita told that shagun has filed custody case of ruhi .
A- I knew it ,these punjaabis has so many chakkars in their life's ,waise bhi his wife is right ,ruhi is small child she should be with her mother .
I( angrily)- amma stop it ,if you don't know anything ,don't judge people like this , only Raman deserve ruhi .
Sating. so she left for her room .About 10.00 am ishra went to his lawyers lace to know what actually the accusations are ,how can she file the case .Parhak then told them " Bhai ,shagun is now married to ashok ."
R- yes I know that ,I don't give a damn for it ,but how come she can ask for custody when I m taking full care of my rooh .
P- bhai try to understand now she is married ,if ruhi will be with her she can get both parents love and care .
R( angrily)- chaahe dono mein se koi bhi use pyaar na karta ho .
P( slowly)- bhai they had also put one more accusation on you .
R- what .
P- that you are a womaniser ,you often hang out with girls so you are not fit for being a guardian to a six year kid ,that to a girl.
Listening to this Ishita got angry and spoke " what rubbish is this ,kisne kaha ki he is a womaniser .
P( pointing towards Ishita)- aap .
R- she is my friend .
P-don't be so hyper mam ,but they had also engulfed some proof for this .
I- what proof?.
P- I don't know exactly but they had something.
They talked till sometimes about the case and then both went back to their respective homes .
After two days all went to court for the first hearing of Ruhi's custody case . Bhallas went to court ,Mr iyer and ishita also went to court to support bhallas ,Shagun also showed up with Ashok . Bhallas face fell looking to her ,while Raman got angry on shaguns sight ,his eyes got red ,he curled his hands in tight fist and was about to got up when ishita held his hand to stop him ,Raman looked at her ,she pressed his hands and blinked her eyes to console him ,looking to her ,he became little calm .The proceedings of court started, shaguns lawyer presented her view that she wants ruhi custody as she had got married while Raman is still single moreover he is not a good father because instead of taking care of his daughter he is wasting his time on woman's and alcohol.
And to support their statement they showed pics of drunk Raman arguing with ashok only and then they showed pic ishra pics of that day when they had taken ruhi to ishitas clinic and in returning ishita was sleeping resting her head on his chest while he was wounding his arms around her .The pic has been taken in that way that ishitas face as well as ruhi both were not visible . ishita's face was almost hided in his chest and they had cut ruhi's image from the pic ,all including Raman and ishita were shocked to see that ,Raman also was not getting that when this pic has been taken and who is the girl with him . He stressed himself and thought for sometimes ,then after thinking for long atlast he recalled that the girl is ishita itself and this pic has been taken on the night when ruhi was having toothache .
After recalling he got up from his seat and shouted ," your honour there is nothing like this ,she is my friends ishita ."
Judge- who ishita .?
R( holding ishita's hands)- she is ishita , ishita tell them and confirm its you .
Though ishita also didn't recognised herself ,more over she was sleeping and never know that she has ever slept on his chest but it was about ruhi so to support him,she nodded and confirmed that its her .After this the judge ordered bhallas to bring ruhi in next hearing which is after a week .Bhallas got lil relief listening to this .They all returned home ,after that Raman went to office and got busy in his work.In evening when he returned back ,he didn't find ishita in her balcony ,this was unexpected as she daily waited for him but today she was not there .
He went directly to her house and asked for ishita ,her mother informed that she has come from clinic and after that went somewhere .Raman went to his house freshened up and again went to check her but she was still hadn't returned ,then he called ishita but she didn't picked his call ,he then asked ruhi but she told that she hadn't met ishita today .
Raman got lil worried ,he checked on her clinic but she was not there also . He became restless without ishita but he was not getting any clue where she went ,then he thought that may be she had gone to meet any of her friends . Thinking so he took a drink and went to terrace to spend sometimes.When he went up he saw ishita sitting in corner ,she was sitting in floor ,folding her legs to her chest and her head was buried in between her legs. Looking to her state ,any one can say that she is crying .Raman walked to her and called her by shooking ,ishita immediately wiped her tears ,still lowering her head and then raised her head .
Raman sat beside her and asked cupping her face " ishita why are you crying baby ".
I- nahi to I m not crying .
R- don't fool me ,just tell why are you crying. .
I- I told you na I m not crying .
R- ok I agree that you are not crying but you can tell me na ,why are you here without anyone's knowledge ever amma and ruhi don't know about you .
I- just like that ,I wanted to be alone .
R- why .
I- bola na aise hi .
Raman didn't asked further ,he sat beside her and leaned her head on his shoulder as he very well know that she will herself tell her problem after a while .After a silence for some minutes, ishita asked " Raman you actually don't have any girlfriend ".
R- nope ,you know that better .
I- then who was that girl .
R- don't you know that ,it was you .you also agreed that in court .
I- I know I don't have any rights but still I want to know about that girl .
Then it striked Raman that it is the reason for ishitas sadness ,because she was sleeping at that time and she actually don't know about that .
Raman wounded his arms around her and spoke pulling her more to him
" oh that's the reason my golu molu madrasan is upset ".
ishita slowly shrugged his hand and shift lil away from him .He again pulled her to himself and spoke " aww my baby is also angry from me ".
Her eyes brimmed with tears and spoke " I m not angry ".
R- (serious)- ishita sach mein tujhe mujh par viswas nahi hai .
Ishita didn't answers him ,he spoke again " ishita it was you baby ,I m not lying .remember that day when we went to your clinic with ruhi ,that day when we were coming back ,you slept with ruhi .at that time I pulled you to me ,that was you only ."
ishira then recalled ,but she cannot then she again recalled the pic and realised looking to her dress that it was her only .she smiled realising that he was not lying .
R( smiling )- who else can come so closer to me .
Ishita smiled shyly and hugged hide herself in him ,he make his hold tight and asked pulling her more to himself
" ishita will you marry me ".
