How long have you been celebrating Karva Chauth?
This is the first time after marriage that I am celebrating Karva Chauth. Before I was married, my grandmom would tell me to fast for a handsome husband, and my efforts have paid off! God has gifted me a handsome husband.
Relevance of Karva Chauth in your life?
I am completely in love with my husband and to pray for his long life, I will keep Karva Chauth and the Vat Savitri fast. I am not a very religious, but I will go to any extent for his well-being.
What will you do today?
I have mehndi on my palms — the symbol of a married woman. It's will be tough, as I am shooting for the Diwali Dhamaka, for Zee, which requires for to put up dance performances. After a hectic day, I will break my fast in the evening after the moon rises.
What is your husband's reaction?
My husband is very concerned about my fasting throughout the day. He has will fast too to keep me company.
