~~Happy Birthday Asha Negi - The Ravishing Doon Doll~~

Asha Negi was born and brought up in Dehradoon . She belongs to o Rajput family . After completing her education , she did job in a travelling agency but left it after some time and participated in Miss Uttrakhand in 2009 and won it followed by modelling .

Asha is youngest in her family , she has 2 elder sisters . She wanted to pursue her career in acting and thus wanted to come mumbai . This was not accepted by her family as they thought Asha wan't be able to stay there as it's not safe . But ultimately everyone agreed and she came to mumbai.

after some struggle , she got her first chance to act in a star plus show Sapno se bhare naina in 2010 -11. she did the character of madhura which was a 10 day cameo .

then she was casted as Apeksha in Bade Ache Lagte Hain starring Ram kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar . Apeksha was Ram kapoor's sister . Asha was very nervous as she was very new but Ram helped him . Asha idolize Sakshi Tanwar as an artist and a human in Television Industry.

this was followed by something which changed asha's life both personally and professionally . she was selected to play the character of Purvi Deshmukh (later Purvi Arjun Kirloskar) daughter of Archana and Manav Deshmukh in another Hit series Pavitra Rishta . This character was the parellel lead character post the generation leap of the show . This show has took her career to a whole new level along with polishing her acting skills. she became a household name and won huge popularity along with awards and accolades.

only few people know it that after asha was casted in pavitra rishta , she was replaced by shafaq naaz as purvi because asha was also doing bade ache lagte hain at that moment but destiny had other plans , so ekta kapoor herself called her back on pavitra rishta as purvi and the rest is history.

apart from giving a professional boost , this show also gifted asha with her soul mate and life parter. It was on the sets of Pavitra Rishta that Asha met Rithvik Dhanjani who played the character of Arjun Kirloskar in Pavitra Rishta . Arjun was Purvi's love and life partner and coincidentally it became real. Asha and Rithvik are quite opposite but fell head over hills in love with each other . Asha never thought that a person like Rithvik who was brought in Dubai would love a simple girl like her . Asha and Rithvik , now known as ASHVIK , sparkling chemistry drew everyone's attention and arjun purvi became a classic legend.

due to some unwanted reasons , Asha and Rithvik both decided to leave pavitra rishta . This left their fans heart broken but it was healed by the endless surprises that followed it . Asha Rithvik participated in Nach Baliye 6 . Although being a non dancer and having a great dancer like Rithvik as partner , she stood tall in her problems and Ashvik won Nach Balye 6

This was the start of the never ending journey of love...

Asha has also proved her metal in other fields of talents . she participated in the daredevil show "khatroon ke khiladi" hosted by rohit shetty . although she didn't win it but she reached the finals and won everyone's acclodes

She was the bravest and toughest contestant , completely opposite to what she is normally

she didn't stop here , she went on to give a powerful piece of acting in Code Red series episode . she played the character of saraswati , who struggled to get her husband's love but gets death at the end . it was powerful character and she did full justice to it .

NOw she tried her hands at anchoring with Indian Idol Junior Kids

both asha and rithvik received awards for best anchor from Lion's club , a reputed institute.

asha has been taking different kind of projects and excelling in it . this makes all of her fans proud of her . her beauty , innocence , talent and love has taken her to new heights .
