The Judge was surprised...
He removed his glasses and kept it on the desk...
He looked at the couple confused...
He was unable to believe what he is hearing for a moment...
He took the water glass kept on the desk and had a sip...
Then put the glasses again and looked at the couple...
To clarify what he is hearing he asked them...
Judge: Are you just married 1 month back & wish to divorce each other???
Roli & Siddhant who were standing in front of him nod their head as acceptance...
Siddhant: Yes Sir... we married last month & wish to divorce each other...
Judge: But what made you to decide so quickly like that???
Roli: Everything Sir.. Infact we are late.. we were suppose to come here even much earlier...
Judge: Surprising.. look family court is not meant to just separate couples... we always intent to unite them & will separate only on genuine reasons...
Siddhant: Sir.. its our mutual consent that we cant live together... then what is the problem in doing that???
Judge: I agree it is mutual consent.. but i guess its too early for both of you to decide about each other & your married life...
Roli: No Sir.. its not early.. we think well & then only decided...
Judge looked at their parents who were sitting with same sort of confused look...
Rajender & Sujatha... Parents of Siddhant were called...
Judge: what is your opinion about this case???
Rajender: we are also shocked sir.. we are really not aware what made them to come to this conclusion...
Sujatha: in some instances i did noticed they got difference of opinion.. even in the dining..their choices were different.. but i was not knowing they will come to this decision...
Jamanlal & Meena... Parents of Roli were called...
Judge: What about your side...
Jamanlal: we are terribly shocked when we were called for this purpose... we were not expecting this...
Meena: i know my daughter is little adamant.. but never thought she will come to such conclusion about her life...
After hearing all...
Judge: After hearing everyone.. i feel its their decision of separation is taken in some sort of urgency & its too early to decide about their married life in just 1 month time... Hence this decision of separation will be kept pending until they complete their 1 year of their married life.. if they still wish to separate after 1 year... this court will accept their decision of separation & provide divorce legally...
