How come Sona didn't have any contract or agreement with Dev?

There was not a single paper work

No offer letter

No appointment letter

No resignation letter

Sab bol bachchan tha kya when it comes to job?

No facilities like drop n pick up as she used her scooty

No reimbursement for scooty petrol as she uses her own one

No policy of how others around her should behave (well what to expect from uncultured people for that matter like gkb n ishwari)

Remember when Kushal had come to meet Sona, Dev told her that she can't leave the job without 1 month notice as per the contract.
