So this is what I could interpret from the new promo:
Ishwari is in the kitchen cooking...Her mind is filled with what Radha Rani has said about Sona coming back & snatching her son. So she has to find a permanent solution to fix this. She is tired of listening to those thoughts running in her head...GKB is voicing out everything that she's scared of...the pressure (pressure cooker) inside her head is building...She can't take more.. Finally she takes the coconut & tries breaking it with the nearest thing possible...She uses the lighter to break it..It still doesn't break. She was searching for a solution. The thoughts were messing her up & she slams the coconut down..And she finally gets an answer..
Now coming to the coconut.. The coconut's outer shell is one's ego, it's hard & it represents the negative qualities in a person. The inside of the coconut is white, pure & it represents the positive qualities. When you break the coconut, in front of god...we break our negative thoughts asking god to give us the good & only positive thoughts. Another way of looking at is some people break the coconut to cast away the evil spell. All the bad omens must go & only good must follow...
So here we can interpret Ishwari thinking that Sona has cast a spell on her son & she wants to get rid of it. There by she speaks to 'Baisaab' (Bijoy) to help him find a groom for his daughter or maybe to ask his daughters hand for her son (can this happen this soon??) because she has decided to look past her negative qualities & want to see how this relationship brings out the positivity in her.

Updated: The Baisaab can be the marriage broker.. Maybe Ishwari wants to find the best possible Bengali groom for Sona so that she can have her son all to herself.. (as seen in the OLV)
