I understand what you are saying. Lets say there are two best friends, one is weak socially and emotionally. So the stronger obe always supports the weaker one. For a third person it might look like the stronger one is a loser because he just keeps on giving and one day stronger one needs something and weaker one fails to provide that (you know he is weak and may not provide what you are asking for multiple reasons. One might because he thinks he is not good enough to help you). While denying help to stronger one, the weaker one felt equally sad and helpless and didnt think there was any other way out(again keep in mind he is socially and emotionally weak)
So when weaker one doesnt help for that one time, should the stronger one leave him and not look back or help the weaker one once he realises what he has done.
Stronger one can continue helping weaker one on the path to redemption and actually show him how that one task can be done when they both are at it together... Thats the story of life and that is the story of kuch rang pyar ke
Needless to say here stronger one in every aspect is sona and the weaker one in every aspect is dev.
No matter what , they will not stop loving each other and they should not stop supporting each other when the other asks for help or support.. That is thier bond of love
