Madhu ofcourse wanted to give surprise to Rk..and she also wanted that

Rk must taste food made by her..and wanted to see him working

too..and Rk ..he was not even allowing her to enter in kitchen as he

thought she don't need to do any work whether related to kitchen

or anything else but she wanted him to understand that she will not be

bothered but will be happy by all this and by doing anything for

him..she wasn't saying that she want to do work 24x7 ..infact she was

enjoying being given special attention yet she wanted to do something

for Rk ..to express her love too..and she was happy to do for Radhaji...

and just like Rk trusted her and asked her to be with maa..[Radhaji]she

was very happy with it..

She was a new bride ..she has hesitation too so she couldn't able to

say much ..it take time for one to adjust yet she was feeling very much

comfortable here and thankful to God for giving her such home ..her

parents were also happy that she is happy there ..in her home also they

have cooks and servants but than also her mom Padmini used to cook

often and all loved it ..including her father..they were rich yet taught to

do their work themselves also.. her father believed in simple living and

high thinking..she was pampered a lot a but than also she brought up to

be a responsible girl..and Madhu also used to cook a lot in home..that's

why she was more happy by the fact that she is going to marry a chef

..so there interests will be common in this .. so here also like her own

home she was ready to do work and job both..

Madhu's friends wanted to come her home and meet her..she asked

Radhaji and she said why not ??and asked Madhu to invite them ..

Her friends came ..

she was also missing them so much and they were too..

Radhaji welcomed all of them and called Madhu ..she hugged each of them.

Radhaji asked Madhu to take all of them to her room and she will call

her after sometime ..when snacks and all are ready ..

"Maa ..i will see to it..you tell me.."

"No Madhu ..you go and talk to them..i am not making anything ..you know na ..

Just will see the arrangements..go beta.."


"Aww maa.."

She side hugged Radhaji ..and went with her friends..

In Madhu's room..

"First of all look girls who is glowing so much!! ..our Madhu.."

"Yes Trish..my my what happened to you Madhu ?? you look even more b'ful now.."

"And your mehendi..wow its still so dark..see Deepali "

"Madhu its true..you are a beauty my dear but now you are looking

damn gorgeous...and we are so happy to see you happy.."Deepali said

and hugged her tightly..

"Seems Rk loves you very much and you love him too dear.."she added

Madhu smiled shyly..and hugged Deepali back too..they shared a group hug than..

"Actually we were planning to come to your home after your

honeymoon ..than you have lots of things to tell us ..but its got

postponed so we thought ..why not meet you now..you have still

something to tell us sweety ..right !!now be ready for our

questionire.." Trish winked and said excitedly and Lila nodded in yes.

"I guess your record got stuck at one place..i am not going to give any replies for any questionnaire.."

Madhu picked a pillow and said hinting Trish ..

"Oh! Pls Madhu ma'am don't damage anything of your sasural [inlaws house ] like this..you are a new bride here ..

What they will say haan??"

"You don't leave any chance to tease me ..hai na..btw Rk and Maa aren't like that..

"Wow Rk seems like a celeb name..accha

You said .. you call him Rk good progress but what he call you .. atleast you can tell us that.."

Trish was not in a mood to leave her..

"He asked me to call him Rk and I like that too ..

and he gave me a nick name Pink cham cham.."

She said but immediately cut her lower lip.."

ishhh Madhu she thought..

"Arre wah !! its amazing ..so we were right ..Jiju calls you cham cham

..and why not perfect name for given by the chef to our half the time

blushing Madhubala.."

"Trish stop now..she is again turning pink..

and actually like cham cham ..i don't think she is gonna tell us

anything.."they all laughed..and Lila said..

"Ok ok girls ..what we want to know ..we will know it when she will

come back from her trip .. Don't worry.."

"Deepali you too yaar.."

"Chill yaar..Madhu ..we were missing you and our fun times badly.. Ok must say your room is awesome.."Deepali said

"But it is a chef's bedroom ..it should be diff na.."

"Lila crazy girl its chef bedroom so what ?? are you expecting veggies and fruits decorated here ??..come on a chef's kitchen should be diff that I agree.."

"Trish you reminded me of one thing..Madhu what did Rk said ??did he complimented you that you make awesome food ??he liked it or not??and did he helped you while cooking ??and did you made something new ..like from his receipes and all..??" she asked so many ques..

"No Deepali not yet ..and i haven't made anything yet!!he is taking so much care of me and don't want me to do anything..and cooking totally not.."Madhu said

"Don't tell me?? We thought he is a chef so he at first will want to test food made by her wife..

not that you have to make it everytime but as per ritual too..new bride makes something right..!!but don't worry..when he will taste na..he will be surprised that he has an inhouse chef ..Madhubala..but as of now that's so sweet of him..any girl would love husband like him.."

"Ya hope so ..yes he is very caring..me too love him very much.."

"Aww Madhu its written on your face dear that you are in love..may God bless you always ..till now you are praising him and soon when he also came to know about your talents as well he will do the same.."

Deepali pulled her cheeks and than embraced her..

Btw we miss dishes made by you and we wish to eat recipes of Jiju

too..we know he is so busy but .." Trish said..

"Sure I have told him that you all wanna meet them ..he will take out

time..some day..right now too busy ..but ya he is a great chef.."

and than she told them how he made food for her esp on the first day..

They were having fun ..teasing Madhu and enjoying together ..Radhaji

came and ask Madhu and all to come in hall..they all went to hall and

also they saw whole house ..they loved it.

"Auntyji you should taste food made by Madhu..she is no less than chef

.."Lila said while eating Samosa..

"Its good than I have two chefs in home ..sure will taste it .."

Radhaji lovingly saw Madhu ..she smiled too..all of them keep chatting

to Radhaji too..she gelled with every person easily.

After sometime they all went gave Madhu all there best wishes ..they

had a grear time and Madhu too.

When they went Madhu thought..why not to try again??may be Rk will

not stop her this time..



..meanwhile she tried calling Rk too but his phone was on silent it

seemed..after a while she called again and told him about there visit..

he too was happy hearing this..

Next morning ..

Madhu got ready before Rk ..he was working out ..she saw no body in

kitchen ..cooks also didn't came by than..she thought to make

something and when saw Radhaji ...just when she was about to enter

..she saw Radhaji..she was going to open the door .. she thought to told

her wish..but saw cook coming ..she still was going in kitchen when

cook greeted her and said ..

"Ma'am I am here now ..tell me what you want.."

"You here ..much early today .."

"Yes ma'am ..Rk sir called me earlier today ..

what would you like to have ..i will make .."

"I want nothing..i want to make something so I was here .."

"You don't need to ma'am sorry but if Rk sir came to know .."

Before he could completed the sentence Rk came ..

"Good Mukund ..you know your duty well.."

Rk might not heard what Madhu was saying but he understood she is in

front of kitchen..

"Let's go ..i have to tell you many things .."Rk asked cook

Mukund wished him too and Rk asked him to put all ingridiants ..which he told him ..he is coming..

He nodded in yes and went..Rk looked at Madhu lovingly but didn't say

anything ..Madhu still stood there watching him ..and Radhaji was

reading newspaper in hall but heard their voices too..

Rk was instructing Mukund and Madhu keep staring at her hubby..how

she wished to be there with Rk ..but Mukund was there ..

"If you don't know about the spices properly ..how will you make good

food and most importantly

You can't be a good cook ..if you will cont.like this ..mark my words..you must recognize them just by their smell..and here its written on packet

than also you are not understanding that its not "Mango powder "

[Amchoor]

Its "Sonth powder " [a spice] don't do it again ..you will spoil the dish by your mistake .."

"Sorry sir ..i will keep in mind next time.."

"Rk I also did this mistake one time ..coz both Sonth powder and Mango

powder looks same in look..

One can't spot difference until saw them minutely..and once I came to

know it ..didn't do it again..thank God my dish wasn't spoiled .."Madhu

can't help it ..she finally spoke ..shared her experience ..

"But what if they look similar ..a chef must check everything before

using and ppl can't forgive chef for doing mistakes ..and also the dish

will spoiled that too a loss..so Mukund has to be careful..i am training

him ..he can't be wrong.."he said while mixing some spices together and

making a paste ..but he didn't say or asked anything more about her

experience ..

Madhu thought today he is taking Mukund's class ..not in a mood ..and

ofcourse..

He is a perfectionist ..he don't want any mistake..

So she only said "You are right Rk.." and she also murmured



"If I ever do any such mistake ..how will you teach me?? Or you will

take my class too.."

She giggled at this mere thought ..while Rk looked at her ..but didn't

listened what she said ..

"Madhu you sit na..let me finish my work..this is a special dish and I

want to train

I am coming in few min.. "

Madhu become sad and sat with Radhaji..Rk can give training to the

whole world but I can't even sit there..they say "The way to a man's

heart is through his stomach..but here where is space in my hubby's

stomach..its full with diff cuisins and moreover if i try to make

something ..he stops me..not fair Rk.."

Madhu made a sad face..thinking this..than thought..though he loves her

..and express it too..

but still along with everything Madhu wanted to enter his fav zone too

when he is a chef .. and she wanted to express her feelings too..not

merely by words..but by many things..

Rk hardly eat at home..as he got food and all facilities 24x7 in hotel and

working hours long too..and when he was at home ..he was busy

experimenting some dish or the other. He has passion for food ..and its

not that he didn't give time to Madhu but these days more busy.

Radhaji saw her face..and she starting talking with her ..

When Rk left for the Hotel Radhaji called her after sometime..

"Madhu you have to make pudding today..you can make na??"

"Maa why not..i would love too.. but Rk ??maa if Rk came to know about it than??"

"Don't worry about him..i am his mom ..i am your sasu maa right ..

so as per ritual I am saying you to to cook..or I have to become daily

soap MIL for that.. "she said smiling..

"Maa ..pls no daily soap MIL ..you aren't like that and nor that will suit

you.[she smiled too].i will make it happily..just didn't wanted to do

anything against his [Rk's] will.."

"I know but I also can't see you sad ..and also its my right to ask my DIL

to make something..hai na..you are doing it coz I am saying..not

breaking any rule.."Madhu hugged her ..

Madhu than looked at cooks and than her again..by that time second cook also came..

Radhaji went in kitchen and asked Mukund to do prep and Madhu will make Halwa today..

When he repeated Rk's order she said .."See beta [she always speak to

him like that he also respect her very much ] if you don't want to help us

I will complain your chef about it ..is it ok with you?? And rest assure

about everything else if you are going to do what we are saying..as per

ritual Madhu Have to cook so now can we start?? Decide yourself..nothing wrong in it ..you do your work ..we aren't stopping you."

He agreed and started prep ..Madhu than started cooking and feeling so happy ..

Radhaji loved halwa and praised Madhu ..

"Madhu beta..really really its too good..you are an awesome cook..i can say it without tasted any other food item of yours..i saw how you were cooking..when Rk will taste food made by you ..he will also say the same I am telling you.."

"Thanks maa..aapko accha laga..main bahut khush hoon.. aur intezaar

karungi jab Rk bhi taste karenge..abhi toh wo sochte hain main ye sab

nahi karu.."

[Thanks maa..you loved it ..i am very happy.. and will wait for the day

when Rk will taste it..but as of now he thinks I should not do all this..]

Radhaji caressed her head and blessed her.."Don't worry .he will taste

soon till than when ever you like you can cook .."

"Maa you will guide me about Rk's fav dishes ?? i want to give him surprise .."

"Sure why not ..but if you want I can talk to Rk too about it..its just that

Rk has developed habits of doing things himself ..i told you na ..and he

has changed very much after his father death..

i thought when his wife came ..she will look after him well as when ever

I say something to him ..he says ..i don't have to worry ..i have done

enough..and now he is doing same with you ..

but I am sure ..you canl handle him ..you are the perfect girl for him..

Even if you liking his efforts to make you feel special ..you also want to

do the same ..such a lovely girl you are..and you want to give him

happiness too..now my however my RIshu is .. he is yours..my blessings

are always with you.."

"Maa .i will also say you don't worry .and i will tell him myself ..just

waiting lil more..and yes we need your blessings always ..you

supporting me so much ..thank you so much.."

"Arre why you thanking me?? no need beta..and I understand in a

marriage you have to take each step carefully..so its done now ..let cook

do his work we will do it when we want ..in this way Rk orders also will

be completed and our work too will be done..what say ??"

"As you say maa..we are a team ..and we will soon tell Rk .."

"Sure I am with you..we will tell him ourselves..he will be surprised than.."

Both smiled together..and ask everybody in home to eat halwa..all loved

it..it made Madhu super happy..she took one spoon of halwa in front of

her mobile screen where Rk's pic was set as wallpaper..

"Soon I will make for you Rk..you were alone all these years ..but now I

am here for you..and

right now can show you this halwa like this only.."

she pouted..she didn't wanted any room for argument between two but

thanked Radhaji that she understood her feelings..and supported her..

Rk came in room ..Madhu was in balcony feeling fresh air and waiting for RK..

He was so excited ..he came and lift her in arms and kissed her on lips

not getting her chance to even respond.. she could only said this ..

"Rk!!"

"Madhu ..Madhu yayy!! I am so so happy ..guess what??"

"What happened Rk?? Ok let me guess..hmm..you got some

reward/award or got some big opportunity..I mean .."

"You are pretty much right Madhu..Its such a great news my dear..you

know I am offered to judge a reality show based on cooking ..I am the

youngest chef there and two chefs are more with me..the show named

"Cooking master."

"Wow wow really that's sooo great news..i am sooo happy for you chef Rk"

she became very happy and she put her hands around his neck and

kissed his cheeks..

He put her down and than hugged her from back and brushed his cheeks

against hers ...and than his hands slipping on her arms..

"Today they called me and I said yes why not ..its an honor that they

offered me this ..yes yes ..cooking is my passion and this offer did

excited me very much."

"Umm..I am so happy that I can't describe it in words.."she turned

around and cupped his face..

"Even I don't know what to do ..he he ..and you will become more happy

when you will know that tomorrow I am going to take you to hotel..for

dinner..coz I haven't get a chance to show you hotel and now this news

..its double celebration time..so tom we are going to celebrate this..and

I will show you my work place too.."

He too cupped her face and she hugged him tightly..

"Rk I am I am so so happy ..you will reach new heights through this

offer..."

"When you are with me ..surely I will.."
