I have 2 daughters and I would never want them in a household where the MIL is sadistically obsessed with her own son. That natural trait will never go away.
In reality a person like Sona needs to move on but this is a TV show so they will bring them back together. My only hope is that Soma gives enough resistance to come back to Dixit madhouse and Dev woos her back and keeps his promises.

You are right!! No woman in this situation should go back to the man who left her in the middle.
I know its a show, but i neef Dev to take a stand. I really don't want them to be together again without Ishwari knowing abt it as shown in the initial promos ( the pen one where Sona asks Dev if she can speak to his mom). Dev has to do that...

Sometime children do make their own decision. But Dev he is totally acting as mama boy now. Thats why ishwari is so obsessed. When Dev will take stand i am pretty sure this lady may get some sense. I so want sona to move on. But have to wait for epi.🥱

Agreed..Again we are getting upsetting segments having Ishwari, RR and their nonsense...That is very depressing...
Pls give us some good segments of Sona and Dev. I want to see Dev missing Sona badly and wanting her to be back in his life...
Sona will definetely move on and should give a reality check to Ishwari for finding a groom for her.

I share the same sentiments, Dev is just being quite, no reaction and that makes Ishwari think that it was correct for them to separate, sort of her victory, so if Dev don't react, how will Ishwari know. I want a drastic change in Dev, so that Ishwari will realized the importance of Sona, then both Dev and Ishwari will go to Bose family to get Sona back, will then gets rejected, than show Dev efforts to woo his lady love. Ishwari may just accept Sona for Dev sake but to maybe wholly accept her maybe slowly after marriage after realizing Sona it's not to compete but complete relationships. I don't know when will Dev at least will stand for himself, and admit in front of his Maa that he loves Sona.

We say that this is a realistic show.. but here is the most unrealistic part of it. Dev, a MD of a company, hovering around an empire, can take all decisions regarding the Dixit house, run his business, decide for his sisters, .. does not have the courage to take a stand for himself, forget Sona!! Can such a guy be a sissy that he is made out to be?

The guy fell in love, made commitments, lured himself and his girl into dreamland, could not even talk about his love to his mom.. then decides to break off and still find refuge in his mom's lap.. Such a sissy fellow has no right to be in adult land and talk of love, forget about taking a stand. Had they shown him taking permission from his mom before falling in love, it would have made more sense.

Dev's character is now brutally assassinated...

Only God (read CVs) knows how & what will make Dev realize his mistakes.
No one is asking him not to love his mom. He can do whatever for his mom.

But Dev is failing highly as a boyfriend. He never uttered a word to protect Sonakshi in his house. Numerous times, Sonakshi was humiliated in front of his eyes & he just ignored it. It's not only about his mom. He didn't say anything to RR also. That's not at all acceptable. He failed, big time.

He just decided to end their relationship & he did it without even thinking about Sonakshi.. He never thought how the Bose family would react to his whimsical decision. He never cared about Sona's heart break. All the time he is concerned for his Mother only.

Again Dev failed as a bf when he just didn't say anything to his mom & RR. I mean, how can one accept & tolerate this kind of behaviour? They're talking about his gf, damn it. Where is the MAN who once delared to love his WOMAN, always?

It's not about him seeing his Mother's true colour.. It's about him realising to respect & protect the girl he loves. And each time for me, he failed, failed miserably.

I was honestly as surprised or rather shocked with the way Dev behaved in SBS.
Him breaking up with Sona I can understand but him disrespecting the relationship that they had was such a big blow to all of us who stood for him over the whole fiasco.
He seriously let us all down. I really hoped RR was wrong when she said that they only had to wait till Sona was out of Dev's life to taunt her again. I was so sure that even after their break-up Dev would never be okay with her disrespecting Sona but here he didn't even flinch when they dismissed their relationship as a mistake

Dev seriously isn't giving us any real reason for us to root for him right now. I mean think about it, who has gained significantly from their relatonship? Dev. Who changed for the better? Dev. Who promised and went back on them? Dev. Why should Sona give him another chance? To a man who, forget fighting for her, doesn't even take up a stand for her? Sona deserves so much more!

-A Humongously dissapointed DevAkshian!

He is scared to take a stand right now ! And it is justified yrr..
Ish tried to end her life, so he just wants to make sure that she doesn't get hurt by anything !
Try to understand his situation please.. I know it is his duty to take a stand for his love .. But at this point of time.. Nothing is more imp than his mother's life ..
Not taking a stand is wrong .. Yes .. But the reason for not doing so is right !
What I feel is, after some time, when he is stable & convinced that Ish won't try to do anything like that again, he would talk to Sona .. He would take a stand ... But not right now !
Abhi he wants to ensure her safety guys .. He doesn't want to say anything that may hurt her .. Provided her state of mind is not stable right now !
Just my pov .. May be wrong :)

If this is the Dev then its very clear that his affection for Sona wasnt so much as said during the confession. I didnt see any guilt on his face while he was keeping his head on his mom's lap . Looked like he was enjoying the moment and nothing mattered more than his mom.

The CVs are literally testing with all the characters and their grey shades. First with Sona's quietness post confession, then with Ishwari , they slightly touched mamaji and sisters with that Ice cream and photo shoot episode.

Now they are doing with Dev. Common factor of the grey shade betwn Sona and Dev is that both are shown very quiet in their grey character. I mean initially Sona was quiet , while she was had to listen to those taunts from GKB and Ishwari. Now Dev...atleast that is what we got to see in SBS .

Cant understand why they are doing this ...and not trying to have a balanced approach like the way they did it in the initial days . I really hope that Dev comes back into his old arrogant , strong willed business tycoon just like the way Sona has bounced back.

PS :- My hope on Dev is very less after seeing him lying on his mom's lap as if he got dumped😡 . I dont know if a business tycoon as Dev get into this Dev Das mode .😕
