but would any big star like PC and DP would do it ?

what about male stars?

They wouldn't need to because they can get body doubles. You will be surprised how smart film makers are with camera shots like they are filming the same person.

Yes if it's done tastefully, if the story demands and the money demands they would've no problem doing it 😛
