It depends entirely on the viewer, what he or she would rather see. Personally I would go for something fresh, being an ex-KS viewer myself, Bidaii offers a different perspective from the bheja fry KS.
Its a personal choice. I watch for entertainment not to get depressed.😉 Others find Bidaii boring and KS interesting. So, personal choice no right or wrong. All are welcome . That is why cable tv offers multitude channels to cater to people's preferences.

But yes, I would like to see audience giving support to a drama with a different take as it will only lead to expansion of creativity.
Plus I have come to the conclusion that the first six months of a new serial are good after than Ram jane, watch at your own risk😆

Other production houses with new ideas, format and creativity presenting their perspective can only enhance entertainment media on the whole than just a select few ruling the roost and churning out the same old stuff.

From what my friends tell me, KS is KZK in a new wrapping.
But if the audience is gullible to repeats, then there is nothing I can say to moving on. To each his own. One man's meat is another man's poison.

Can't fault others for trying to present something new. Perhaps this slow needling will chip away at the old block and oneday, programming will see a change for the better.
I do also believe that overseas Indian audience have different preferences from the local Indians. That again is just my view.
