The new promo of ishwari suicide has revealed all my answer which were unanswered during the 2nd promo at the initial stage of the show.. In that promo Dev didn't allow sona either to talk with ishwari and he will not talk abt his relation status with ishwari, and in the next promo of the initial stage Dev gets a call from sona and ishwari says sonakshi is calling u in which ishwari behaves normally and Doesn't got affected when sona called him neither her facial expressions nor her behavior has changed when sona called Dev and in that phone conversation sona ask abt ishwari health Dev says she is fine and Dev ask how are you to sona sona replies that she is drinking karela juice Now I got answer y sona mentioned karela juice because it will be bitter in taste but Gud to health even though her relation with Dev has changed to bitter due to ishwari but she is happy that Dev still loves her.
DevAkshi relation has grown much stronger and even if ishwari health is shown affected like she not following a proper diet then Dev would appoint a new doctor but he may not be able to control himself to stay away from sona only ishwari life can make Dev to be away sona that's y they brought suicide track. I don't think ishwari may not do suicide but unknowingly she may end up taking full bottle of medicines and since suffering from low blood pressure it effects her health immediately and the family may think that it's sona relation with Dev which caused ishwari the drastic step of ending her life and in this process Dev may get to know ishwari possessiveness and since his relation with sona has changed into a life and death matter for ishwari so Dev talks with sona and end his relation even though how much he tries he can't end his relation so they both make a commitment to stay with each other being apart. If Dev has made sona talk with ishwari she may get convinced in order to see Dev happiness but he was afraid again she may try to end her life that's thought made Dev in not allowing sona and himself to talk with ishwari and find her problem
