"What the! How dare she ignore my calls?" He cursed under his breathe as once again his phone call went unanswered by her. Its been three days now she had been ignoring him and he had enough. At first he thought she might be upset thus decided to give her space, but now it was irritating.
Because deep down he also know he is missing her. Badly.
He grabbed his car keys and got up. He walked out of the office cabin to leave to meet her when on the way, he met his assistant.
"Sir, we have an urgent meet in 15 minutes with Mr. Sinha." His assistant told him.
"Cancel it." And with that he walked away from there.

After her shift at cake shop cum cafe, she head to her home. She had been ignoring Rey from past three days and she knew it wasn't a great idea but she couldn't control her anger when he left for someone else.
"What the hell!" She yelled when a hand yanked toward her and pulled her. She turned around with angry face, she raised her fist to punch the intruder.
"Don't you even dare." Rey hissed in anger,holding tightly over Taani's fist. Her eyes widen when she found Rey standing there with rage filled eyes.
Taani narrowed her eyes and pulled her hand back.
"What are you doing here? And what was the pulling n all? Control your anger because i am not gonna tolerate it." Taani snapped at him angrily. He chose to ignore her and threw her over his shoulders, ignoring her protests. Her fists contacted with his back but it had no affect over him.
"Your tiny fists can not hurt me." He mumbled but loud enough for her to hear. She huffed and cursed him under her breathe.
Rey walked over his car, opening the passenger seat door he pushed her inside.
"bas***d." She cursed him loudly as he shut the door close. He hopped in driver seat and drove away to his apartment while she chose to ignore him throughout the drive.
After a long drive of half an hour, he parked his car in parking area of his apartment building.
"Lets go!" Rey mumbled, he opened the door and stepped out of the car, but she sat there and refused to budge causing him to sigh. He walked over her side and opened the door.
"You know, this local goon behavior doesn't suit a business man like you." Taani narrowed her eyes at him.
"You are forcing me to be like this." Rey muttered under his breathe. He bend down and picked her up in his arms. After locking the car, he headed to his apartment.
Reaching his apartment on the 57th floor, he moved inside his apartment with her in his arms.
"Put me down now." Taani commanded him as they entered his bedroom. Rey walked over the bed and dropped her on the bed.
"Reyaansh!" She yelled at him for being a jerk to her. Rey hovered over her body, he grabbed her hands and pinned them above her head as he moved his face closer to her.
"Why were you ignoring me from past few days? I missed you." He admitted softly.
"Liar. You missed sex, not me." Taani passed a mocked smile to him. She wasn't ready to forgive him for leaving her alone for someone else and specially if that someone is Shilpa. It was something she couldn't take out of her mind even if she try.
"I won't lie. I missed having sex with you. But i missed your sassy self as well." Rey replied back to her, nuzzling his face in crook of her neck causing a sigh to escaped her lips while she tried hard to not to give into his charm.
"Why? Wasn't your best friend a good company?" She let those sarcasm dripped words rolled off her tongue. Rey lifted his head and look at her with a frown.
"I am not your s**t whom you can leave or have whenever you want." Taani added further. Anger flickered across his brown orbs making his hold on her wrists to tighten.
"Don't you f**king dare to utter that word for yourself ever again." He growled dangerously in her ear.
"Why? When you can treat me like one then why can't i called myself that?" She questioned him fiercely.
"I have never treated you like one. It was an emergency. I didn't left you to party with shilpa. She is my best friend and i thought you will understand-" Rey sighed in frustration, not being able to understand why she was dragging the matter so much. According to him, it wasn't a big thing to get upset over.
"Fine! Its me who is wrong." Taani narrowed her eyes at him.
"Now get off me. I am hungry. Meine subah se kuch nahi khaya." Taani grumbled while pushing him off her. Rey sighed but decided not to upset her more when he knew she is hungry and she will get angry ever more if he didn't gave her anything to eat.
"Remember, I told you i will make it upto you? Let me cook some delicious food for you." Rey offered with a killer smile of his.
"Do you know how to cook?" Taani asked him, giving him doubtful look.
"Yea! After mom I am the best cook in whole singhania clan." Rey replied proudly.
"We will see, but for now go and cook yummy food for me." Taani dismissed him with uninterested face. Rey narrowed his eyes, he leaned toward her and placed a sloppy kiss on her cheek before he got up and walked out of the room.

"Um! Yummy!" She moaned as she ate a spoonful of rajma-rice. Her favorite. Though she was surprised to know that he know her favorite dishes.
Rey smiled seeing her reaction, felt happy she liked the food he made for her.
"So everything good between us?" Rey asked her looking hopeful as he continued to gaze at her.
Taani stopped eating and look at him, though she was upset with him but then no one had ever done so much to monaofy her, actually no one except her friends had really bothered if she is upset or not.
"Yea!" She mumbled and went back to eating her meal.
"So We are cool?" Rey asked her to confirm.
"Yep!" She replied, popping the p up.
"Now don't disturb me while eating." Taani added sternly. Rey gave a small nod in response. In short span of time he had surely come to know about her craze for food.
"I have baked a red velvet cake as well. I will go and get it." Rey told her and smiled as he watched her eyes sparked up.
"Really? Thats so sweet of you." Taani gave a toothy grin to him. Rey let out a chuckle, he got up and went in kitchen to bring cake for her.
"Wow! Never imagined one day Reyaansh Singhania will be cooking for me." Taani thought to herself and giggled softly, though it was weird having someone doing work for her since she was so used to doing her own work since childhood.
