The government had made a call for proposal to all universities to come up with new law for punishing the rapist and molesters irrespective of the accused age limits. The condition put forth was that it should not have any inhuman activities and need an ethical approval from the human rights organization.

"Instead of severe laws in the country, the crime rate involving rape and women harassment increases with seconds time period. To control this crime, last year government planned a call for project proposal to enforce new laws. Dept. of YHM law and Management from the renowned BT University came forward with the mind-blowing idea. Members of both the houses of the parliament accepted the same.
The Bylaw delta0 states that the rapist/molester will be asked to stay in his own house with a personal security officer who will make the accused watch the Indian TV desi soaps from 6.00PM to 11.00PM continuously by switching between all Indian TV channels at every 30 minutes. The accused have to watch it with no breaks/sleep and if he fails to do so, he will be beaten unstoppable by the security officer till he resumes watching the show. Most importantly 7.30 PM IST slot belongs to Star Plus."😉
When we asked the public to know their response, it was observed that most of the ladies welcomed this new law. One accused in the jail told our reporter that it is injustice to male sector. He further said that they will file a plea to President to reverse the law or to impose mercy killing.
