No, I guess it is an old picture. Maybe the launch party. But it's definitely from the initial days of IB. Because Neha shared a pic with Lee at that time in same clothes.

Yeah. The boys have said it a lot of times offscreen. And there is a video posted by F32 where the makeup man is fixing his hair.
