No the way she behaved it didn't seem like she's an imposter maybe the color of her eye is also a supernatural occurrence or they have just darkened due to the same. Besides she did seem very familiar but yes she has her own secrets that are yet to be revealed

If Tina was a nag from initial stage, why did she stay with human. The boys knew her since younger days. Anyways, Yasohoda mentioned that Tina used to have green eyes and now she has black eyes...
