Upload pic on www.imgur.com.
When it finishes your uploaded pic will appear on screen.
On right side of it, there are some codes, search for

BBCode (message boards & forums)

which is in format like [IMG]Link_address[/ IMG]

Just copy that code from there and paste it in your post on IF.

Yes I guess...Whenever I want to post any pic,I use this method only..

There might be other ways too..maybe someone else can help..
