Why is Atharv upset with Vividha?

He's upset with her because she told him not to call the police during the Chintu track, & he feels that if she's the type of person who doesn't stand up for her own sister, then why would she stand up for a stranger (in this case, him). Even though Vividha does call the police to arrest Chintu later on, he doesn't know that yet.

I believe that's the reason.
